I was so appreciative to receive the number for Alpine Cleaners when I frantically called Ethan Allen to ask for advice on what to do after my daughter wore super dark new jeans and the dye transferred to my relatively new light beige couch. She managed to sit on all three cushions! I knew I was in good hands when the designer said that he keeps their number handy. They were very reassuring, came within a couple of days and accommodated my work schedule, but most importantly they were able to save my couch! They work diligently, explaining the process and balancing using enhanced stain removers and protecting the fabric. I couldn't be more thrilled. I really thought that it was a lost cause.They also cleaned an old but much loved light colored chair, that came out beautifully. They managed to erase many years of abuse by kids and pets. I would give Alpine Cleaners the highest recommendation and will definitely use them again, hopefully for a less dramatic issue.

Keith arrived at 8:30am. Wow, the way my carpet was cleaned was amazing. Keith started with a professional grade vaccum, then put down a cleaner and a deodorizer, he let that sit while he went through every room and rakes the damp rug to bring up all the debris, then the cleaning started. Keith took each spot (as I have 3 dogs) and treated each one again with a special machine, when he finished he went back of all the carpet in each room and raked the fibers again. It is now 5p and my carpets are dry. All I can say is amazing and I found my self a new carpet cleaner. 5 stars to Keith and Alpine Carpet. Sue Stebbins

I'd like to call this review "My Nordstrom Experience" I called Keith about cleaning our 13+ year old carpet. Explaining that we had 2 dogs that used this room as well as many spills from our children, and grandchildren, he assured me he could get my carpet clean. He gave me a price on the phone which I thought was great..it made the process easier for me. I really needed it cleaned for the holidays and he said he'd make it happen. We set an appointment in which he showed up on time and with the greatest attitude imaginable. My wife was home and asked lots of questions in which Keith took the time to answer them all. I know it doesn't matter to some folks but the products they use to clean are safe, soap free and green. This is huge to me because my grandchildren play on this carpet and I don't want them to be in contact with harmful chemicals. When I came home I couldn't believe it was the same carpet. I was blown away Finding Alpine Cleaners in a google search was the best thing that could of happened. If anyone is hesitant about using these guys don't be. They will do it right the first time and provide an experience beyond what most business deliver. Alpine Cleaners you are awesome!

I highly recommend Alpine Cleaners! We hired Alpine to clean the grout for a large tiled area of our home and to clean a sectional sofa and area rug affected by pet stains. The results were AMAZING! Our fabrics look and smell like new and the tile floor is finally even and bright! We tried every household cleaner on our floor since purchasing our home and were never able to get the results that Alpine achieved.
