I would use Guy Oliver and his team at Affordable Mold Removal again without hesitation. He has helped us out twice and the work has been thorough and the price is more than fair. The second time, Guy answered his phone on a Sunday, came to my home the next day in a snowstorm, and completed the work the following day to fit inside my contractor's schedule. Incredible service and value!

I had water damage / mold after a pipe burst in my garage. There was mold and water stains, and the garage had a musty smell. Guy was wonderful to work with. The price was fair, and the gentlemen arrived on-time and did a very thorough job. The mold is completely gone, and the garage smells very fresh. I would definitely use them again.

I had water damage in my house this winter because of the ice dams that built up on my roof. Guy Oliver and his company were referred to me by TLC Painting, who I've used for years (hate to paint!) Guy was very responsive - was able to reach him, came right out to do an estimate, scheduled the work and showed up on time. This is during a time when so many homeowners had water damage and finding a contractor was quite difficult. Guy's team did great work - they were perfectionists about the drywall repair with multiple sandings so that no seams showed, they cleaned up after themselves every day, were polite and nice and just great to work with. His prices were also very reasonable, and the work was completed as quoted with no additional charges, even though it took longer than expected. I highly recommend his company.
