The absolute worst experience. If you are looking for a dependable and prompt cleaning service this is not the one. I had an appointment scheduled for 1:30pm, no one showed up or called until 3pm. At 3pm team lead Tina called and apologized for not calling or showing up. This threw off my whole schedule and was a huge inconvenience. She offered no discount or anything for the mishap. I had another apt at 5 so it would have been impossible by this time to get the house cleaned as it was easily a 2 and a half hour job. This is a rental property that I needed ready by the next afternoon. So I was left to figure out how to find a cleaning service to clean after my 5 pm apt or for the following morning. Just so unprofessional.
