The Cleaning Authority is #1. Their staff is extremely courteous and very professional. We had Team 9-Shannon and Madison. They were fantastic and were clearly prepared with all the special requests we made at the initial visit. Their attention to detail was spot on! During the cleaning, they were flexible and went out of their way to accommodate us. We were thrilled with the end result and very impressed that an inspector came out afterwards to make sure everything was done right. We have set up once a month cleaning and very much looking forward to their return. Our only regret is that we didn’t hire them sooner.

The owner Brian is very responsive to scheduling needs. The main person in the crew, Rachel is steady and good at what she does, which is very important to me. They are dependable on a week to week basis, no worrying about them not coming at all as will happen with a one person cleaner. Staff is respectful and responsive. The bathrooms are usually great and the kids rooms look so cute with their stuffed animals all arranged. The main two things for improvement overall would be the floors - both the tile and wooded floors. The other thing would be to have a good steady partner for Rachel - don't always make her the trainer. It is a hard job and I appreciate knowing that they are reliable! Thanks!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Horrible customer service and average cleaning, at best. Most of the workers don't speak english, so you have to repeat where they didn't clean over and over. The office is horrible with communication; they'd rather send emails than talk with a customer directly. And if they feel your requests for using 'green cleaning products' that you provide is just too much of an inconvenience, the company will increase your rate, or drop service to your home altogether. Good riddance. Not worth the effort to support a local company.

Tina works around my dogs - however many are around on a particular day - and although Megan is new to me, my last cleaning was superb. I feel I should also mention Halea and Shawn who have also been part of the team but were not here last week. We have been using cleaning authority for a year now after a direct hire who cleaned for us quit. We LOVE the system. First they do a deep clean. Since we had someone cleaning for us before we didn't think we needed it but went with it. We found the clean so much better! They got cobwebs out of a recessed light in my kitchen. The ceilings were tall and I nor the person who previously cleaned got them. Then after the first deep clean they divide the house into 3 sections. Each time they clean they deep clean that area. When a coaster was broken or any other issue they left a note. Any issue we have had they have jumped at fixing. If you have animals be sure to let them know. They did close all the doors to each room after cleaning which locked a cat in a few times. As soon as we asked them not to they stopped immediately. I recommend giving them a try. FYI they came in less expensive than the individual who cleaned for us and they clean more rooms. Def give CA a try. Go Green.

I loved the first cleaning. They did an amazing job. When I emailed them over the pink Bowie mold not being cleaned from our shower the 2nd and 3rd visit they said they would work on it. Yesterday, the shower didn't even look like they even made an effort...even after my addressing the concern! My response from them was that is the best they could do without using bleach. It Seems odd they could clean well the first time bit not subsequent visits. Wish I would have read about their poor customer service. They must be busy enough not to have to worry about how to make a customer happy!.

I have been using the Cleaning Authoriy for about 5 months now. Their strong point is scheduling, but they are not good at anything else. They have check lists to make sure things are done everytime, but the cleaners don't use them. They think that wiping something with a dry cloth is cleaning it. The only time we get a good cleaning is when they are training someone new. Brian the owner is appologetic, and Crystal the supervisor is nice. I convinced my neighboor to sign up and I am still waiting for the free cleaning I was promised. They are going to get one more shot before I cancel.

When I first spoke to then I told them I did not want a feather duster used at my house I wanted everything polished. I was told no problem. I think this was the only thing used. They charged more money for the first 2 deep cleanings and I am not for sure they did any more than a normal cleaning. They missed cleaning lots of items in the house on a weekly basis. I fired them and would not recommend them.

This was a dissapointment to say the least. My wife and I hired them to clean our home before we put it on the market. We were told that the inital cleaning would be focused on the kitchen and bathrooms. Neither area had any evidence that they had been cleaned to the degree that was described to me. It barely looked touched. I had to actualy do the cleaning myself in order to prepare our home for an open house. When I contacted "The Cleaning Authority" to let them know how terrible of a job they did, I was told "Thank You" and they would cancel my next cleaning. It took a few days to hear back form them to inquire about the issue. I have used several cleaning services throughout my life and they are the absolute worst. I cant beleive that the positive reveiws that I read were in anyway accurate. There are alot of these companies out there. You should choose a different one.

Used this company for our summer home last year. Did a nice job. This year rates way up. Came the first time for “ the deep cleaning”. Here one hour! Cleaning was marginal. Called voiced my concerns they listened and that’s it. Came two weeks later here 45 minutes. Same result called complained and asked for partial refund. No call back. We cancelled I feel like I threw $290 up in the air. By the wAy my house is 1900 square feet!!!! Still no call back Went to new service. Would NOT recommend.

I decided to use The Cleaning Authority services after being referred by my mother. The cleaning was poor & after complaining, the owners' customer service was poor, as well. The Initial complaint (sent on 9/11/14, the same day of the cleaning) described the following major issues(pictures were also attached for each issue): 1) The ladies arrived to my house 45 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment time and expected me to be home. 2) The1st team did not clean anything for the first 20 minutes they were at my house. 3) When one of the ladies came up to tell me that they were finished cleaning so that I could give her the check, the following issues were still present: The 3rd floor hall bathroom had not been touched at all; there was clearly visible gunk on the handle of the 3rd floor master bedroom shower; 4th floor shower had not been touched (the shower was not even wet- meaning no one had even turned the water on to clean the shower out) 4) After noting the issues, they cleaned the 3rd floor bathroom, as well as the shower handle in the 3rd floor master bathroom. The 4th floor shower still was not cleaned even after noting it (I checked after they left to see if it was wet - and it was not). 5) Additionally, there were items that I noticed after they left: An area behind the couch (which was accessible) was not vacuumed on my 1st level; the couches on the 1st &2nd floors were not vacuumed well; it is noted that the floor is supposed to be damp mopped(there was still something sticky that was obvious when I walked in the kitchen), bathroom baseboards were not cleaned (as stated), and the sinks were not clean under the surface area. I sent the issues above in an email and called. Since the house was not cleaned properly and 4 days passed before they could come back out, I cleaned the remaining areas since I had guests . I also requested a portion of my money back. The owner disregarded my response to her email, and did not respond. She also never called during the entire period. I paid for services not fully received, the owners are not responsive, and they have basically run off with my money ($162). This is theft and it is unethical.

They're supposed to put the garbage in the garbage can. Ours are on the side of the house, and they constantly refuse to walk the extra 10 or 15 steps to place the bag in the can. They will leave it in front of the garage, or worse, they'll put it in the recycling bin (which is at the curb because they come on recycling day). They clean OK, sometimes great. One team is very good, my wife wanted them always but we never get them. Some teams will omit a room. I have called them more than once about the handling of the garbage, and have been assured it won't happen again. I'm tired of calling them, maybe this will mean something.

Management has been kind and understanding. We had our first cleaning the night before our 2nd there was serious damage due to a City problem. I emailed the office late, got a reply email and a call of understanding with a promise to reschedule. They later emailed with much-needed laundry tips to handle the City problems. We are in the early stages and hope the cleaning service works out as well as dealing with the management has been.
