DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Horrible customer service and average cleaning, at best. Most of the workers don't speak english, so you have to repeat where they didn't clean over and over. The office is horrible with communication; they'd rather send emails than talk with a customer directly. And if they feel your requests for using 'green cleaning products' that you provide is just too much of an inconvenience, the company will increase your rate, or drop service to your home altogether. Good riddance. Not worth the effort to support a local company.

I've been through over a dozen cleaning companies who never met my standards. The Cleaning authority does. They are the first cleaners that I don't have to "touch up" when they are done. I've recommended them to friends who all love them too. I plan on keeping them as my regular cleaning company forever. I have 2 large dogs, 5 bathrooms and a MESSY family and the house is white-glove spotless when they are done. They are AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have used this service since they opened and I have loved it! The rare instances where there has been an issue, the office resolved it right away when I informed them of what had happened. The staff who comes in to clean are always nice and do such a wonderful job.

This place is great! We have had The Cleaning Authority come to clean our home monthly now for six months or so. The prices cannot be beaten, and the employees are friendly, respectful and fast. They work hard! Highly recommend. A+

I loved the first cleaning. They did an amazing job. When I emailed them over the pink Bowie mold not being cleaned from our shower the 2nd and 3rd visit they said they would work on it. Yesterday, the shower didn't even look like they even made an effort...even after my addressing the concern! My response from them was that is the best they could do without using bleach. It Seems odd they could clean well the first time bit not subsequent visits. Wish I would have read about their poor customer service. They must be busy enough not to have to worry about how to make a customer happy!.

We've used several cleaning services since we bought our home. The Cleaning Authority was able to get out old old stains and clean things no other company had even noticed. They keep my home with 3 messy boys wonderfully clean.

I decided to use The Cleaning Authority services after being referred by my mother. The cleaning was poor & after complaining, the owners' customer service was poor, as well. The Initial complaint (sent on 9/11/14, the same day of the cleaning) described the following major issues(pictures were also attached for each issue): 1) The ladies arrived to my house 45 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment time and expected me to be home. 2) The1st team did not clean anything for the first 20 minutes they were at my house. 3) When one of the ladies came up to tell me that they were finished cleaning so that I could give her the check, the following issues were still present: The 3rd floor hall bathroom had not been touched at all; there was clearly visible gunk on the handle of the 3rd floor master bedroom shower; 4th floor shower had not been touched (the shower was not even wet- meaning no one had even turned the water on to clean the shower out) 4) After noting the issues, they cleaned the 3rd floor bathroom, as well as the shower handle in the 3rd floor master bathroom. The 4th floor shower still was not cleaned even after noting it (I checked after they left to see if it was wet - and it was not). 5) Additionally, there were items that I noticed after they left: An area behind the couch (which was accessible) was not vacuumed on my 1st level; the couches on the 1st &2nd floors were not vacuumed well; it is noted that the floor is supposed to be damp mopped(there was still something sticky that was obvious when I walked in the kitchen), bathroom baseboards were not cleaned (as stated), and the sinks were not clean under the surface area. I sent the issues above in an email and called. Since the house was not cleaned properly and 4 days passed before they could come back out, I cleaned the remaining areas since I had guests . I also requested a portion of my money back. The owner disregarded my response to her email, and did not respond. She also never called during the entire period. I paid for services not fully received, the owners are not responsive, and they have basically run off with my money ($162). This is theft and it is unethical.

They're supposed to put the garbage in the garbage can. Ours are on the side of the house, and they constantly refuse to walk the extra 10 or 15 steps to place the bag in the can. They will leave it in front of the garage, or worse, they'll put it in the recycling bin (which is at the curb because they come on recycling day). They clean OK, sometimes great. One team is very good, my wife wanted them always but we never get them. Some teams will omit a room. I have called them more than once about the handling of the garbage, and have been assured it won't happen again. I'm tired of calling them, maybe this will mean something.

Management has been kind and understanding. We had our first cleaning the night before our 2nd there was serious damage due to a City problem. I emailed the office late, got a reply email and a call of understanding with a promise to reschedule. They later emailed with much-needed laundry tips to handle the City problems. We are in the early stages and hope the cleaning service works out as well as dealing with the management has been.

Used this company for our summer home last year. Did a nice job. This year rates way up. Came the first time for “ the deep cleaning”. Here one hour! Cleaning was marginal. Called voiced my concerns they listened and that’s it. Came two weeks later here 45 minutes. Same result called complained and asked for partial refund. No call back. We cancelled I feel like I threw $290 up in the air. By the wAy my house is 1900 square feet!!!! Still no call back Went to new service. Would NOT recommend.
