Sparkletime Cleaning was EXCELLENT to work with! After calling several places for a same day opening, Sparkletime was the only service that could accommodate my last minute request! The owner was extremely polite and professional over the phone, and was very transparent in the costs. His staff arrived to my dad's apartment within the time frame I was quoted, and I received updates about their whereabouts when they were stuck in traffic. The staff was polite and all smiles when I greeted them! I wanted to get my dad's apartment cleaned up because he just had major surgery involving the feet, and I wanted to prevent infections in the wound when he was discharged. I think they did an excellent job in cleaning my dad's apartment, and the rates were very reasonable. Sparkletime Cleaning is a great business with compassion, integrity, and amazing customer service. I highly recommend this service to everyone, and I will certainly be using their service again!

Workers are nice but the manager is untrustworthy and the list of services that they provide for your carpet is bogus. They just run a commercial carpet cleaner over it. The end. None of the other stuff listed.

They do a real good job. Been using their services multiple times and always been happy with the work. Price is fair, work quality is superb, and friendly staff. They do not just clean around stuff like some companies because I was glad to know they actually moved my shoes, clean under them and put shoes back. Some other companies just go around. Of course if there is a lot of mess and personal junk then they won’t touch, so tidy up beforehand. Bottom line, they show up on time, do a quality job and leave your house better than before. Thank you very much.

We started using Sparkletime's services almost 2 years ago. I have a quarterly cleaning done and add an extra cleaning here and there if we're hosting a party or something. The service is excellent. Coming home to a thoroughly scrubbed house is fantastic. Communication with the owner is fast and responsive. We've never had any problems with the service or people of Sparkletime. The ladies are very nice and every visit they arrange my son's stuffed animals on his bed. Just a little extra service that makes everyone smile.

I hired this company for monthly cleaning and they started off strong for the first 2 cleanings and then rapidly deteriorated. First they provided a price without seeing the house and at the first cleaning complained that the house was much bigger and requested much more morning (They viewed pictures and dimensions on Zillow.). Next, I requested a morning cleaning spot that quickly changed to the afternoon and/or evening and when I complained nothing changed. Second, they spot cleaning or completely skipped certain rooms. When I questioned the owner he repeated became defensive and argumentative. I complained repeatedly about the floors not being cleaned and the last straw was damage to the wood flooring. Not until I was canceling my service did the owner offer to have the cleaning redone and that was because I requested a refund. When I did cancel my service and discussed the damages as well as obvious rooms not being cleaned, the owner became scary. He attacked my personal character, threatened me, and stated: "I'd die before I give you a refund."
