I was kind of wary to call after seeing the review, but I was assured they were under new management...and that much is clear! The techs were awesome and knowledgeable. My service was clearly personalized...and, believe it or not, it really felt like these guys cared about getting my place back to normal. New owners get five stars from me for sure

Recently the apartment building my sister lives in had a fire. I received the panic phone call to come and come quick. Not sure what I would find when I arrived at my sisters home. I was sick the whole way there. When I arrived I was actually amazed to see SERVPRO of Baltimore’s Inner Harbor was already on site extracting water, walking the building with the on site property manager and working on a action plan to minimize the time my sister would be displaced. Once her contents were clean and odor free the team even helped move her items to the next building for her to stay in while the repairs were being done. Hats off to this company! THANK YOU!

They were AMAZING!!! Being woken up on a Sunday morning to water pouring through your basement ceiling is NOT FUN! I was left with a destroyed ceiling, soaked carpet and wet couch. I didn't even know where to start! I called SERVEPRO and they were out on a Sunday and took care of EVERYTHING! They repaired the damage, worked with the insurance company and were SO RESPONSIVE!!! They communicated every step of the way and worked to make sure it truly was like nothing ever happened!! I cannot say enough GREAT things about them! I don't know what I would have done without them! Call them! You won't be sorry!!!!

It is difficult to put into words just how bad my experience was with SERVPRO. They piled my tenants furniture and broke his deck. They put in a ton of equipment which ran up the bill. I wouldn't even have minded except they removed the equipment once they took up the carpet and padding. So this caused mold to grow under our stair case. I put my own dehumidifiers in the basement for over a week so that the mold problem did not get worse. First they said that the mold was there before they started working. I called in a mold expert who said that the mold was new and caused by their not addressing it correctly. wHEN THEY FINALLY CAME TO REMOVE THE MOLD THEY REMOVED IT USING THIER BARE HANDS. They didn't even have gloves. They charged me for putting the furniture back in to the proper rooms, which I ended up doing for which they never reimbursed me. Worst of all My insurance company my tenant and I have all made several phone calls and emails to them. They said that the owner would call back. it has now been about 3 weeks NO ONE HAS GOTTEN BACK TO US. NEVER USE THEM. NEVER USE THEM. I WILL BE TAKING THEM TO COURT THIS WEEK TO TRY TO RECOVER MY EXPENSES.
