When smoke damage occurs and everything in your home has been affected by it, it is extremely overwhelming! I cannot praise the staff of ServPro enough for their thoroughness, the attention to details and above all their People Skills. Each crew that came in to clean up my mess was so kind, efficient, pleasant and always there when they said they would be there. I was kept in the loop with regard to how long things would take and when there would be a 'downtime.' That was so helpful. Chris and Nic were in charge of the crew assigned to me. They always went the 2nd mile in making sure I understood just what was happening and what would happen next. In 9 1/2 weeks I was back 'as if it never happened', but with a cleaner home than ever before. THANK YOU SERVPRO. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!!!!!

Your carpet crew, Eric and Justin, out-did themselves going above and beyond to do their best to clean these carpets. They were courteous and hard working. I want to say what impressed me the most was when the job was done, I gave them each some cash to buy their lunch. Even though they were hesitant to take it, I convinced them to take it. I walked inside the building to talk with the pastor's wife and the custodian and the two of them knocked on the door to offer the money back towards the building of wells in countries without water. They had noticed our bulletin board where donations had provided water to very needy areas. They wanted to participate. It is good to see such good qualities today. Thanks again for your work. You guys came out to my rental property and mitigated water and moisture, but noted that some of the flooring was still wet. The flooring company came to remove the sub floor and found more moisture underneath on a "floating" sub floor that had old linoleum flooring and 2x4 supports. You guys came out and noticed mold and possibly asbestos from linoleum and left me high and dry with trying to figure out what to do next. None of the industrial hygienists are getting back to me so I plan on using a non-franchise company that is willing to provide support...I feel like I am just another case number for ServPro. You guys started out as a 5 star and and when things got more difficult turned into a 1 star.

One afternoon after a period of several days of rain , playing fetch outside our house with our cabin fevered mutt. A missed catch of the ball led me to the crawl space opening. I was utterly amazed to see the reflections of of standing water in the entire space. To this day I dont know why but we had a ServPro magnet on the fridge! There were there within the hour. Two truckloads. Blessed that no water had reached the sub-flooring. The ServPro ream was rapid, empathetic and thorough. They took care of everything including logistics with insurance company. They saved the day and a potential disaster. The moral is, get your sump checked and put a ServPro magnet on your fridge.

SERVPRO responded quickly on a Holiday weekend to my flooded office. They got all the water up, set up fans and dehumidifiers and used antimicrobial spray. They explained everything they did in detail and came back for the fans a few days later. I would definitely use them again in the future should I need them.
