Jose Marez, with 20 plus years experience, cleaned the ducts in my condo and rental. The service is for someone who is willing to pay the price to have a professional do the work. Before and after photos. Concern that everything is cleaned just as when he arrived. He treated my home as if it was his own. My ducts has never been cleaned in a 25 year old condo. Mold was present but Jose was ready. I fear past companies I used in other homes I’ve owned just pushed the dirt around because what Jose did was far more like surgery than vacuuming. No one likes to spend money on maintenance. But when I do, I want a professional who does it right. This is what I got from Jose and I will use Proclean every 3 years to maintain my like new system. I’ll be asking for Jose Marez in 2021.

WATCH OUT FOR THE BAIT AND SWITCH!! I was quoted $399 to clean ducts (less than 15 registers) coil and HVAC blower. Technician arrives - says for only $1,295 we can treat the entire system with an antimicrobial to prevent mold. Said no thanks I will stick with the $399 quoted. "Oh, we can't do it for that these are too dirty" Get a call from the office - "The person should have told you that it may be more" She didn't! Bottom line it cost me $800 to get my system cleaned. They did do a good job of cleaning the system, but at twice the price originally quoted!!

That noted, if I wasn’t handy myself, I would have had them do the coil cleaning as it makes sense to have it done (but, I’m comfortable in doing this meself - though would recommend against it if you’d not mechanically inclined).

no, don't use this company. they advertised air duct cleaning for around $250. when he showed up, he told my my blind mother that she needed a full mold remediation on her house of $1900. they finally agreed on $450 for a basic air duct cleaning. he was only at her house working for maybe 2 1/2 hours. she was way overcharged. he completed the basic air duct cleaning and the air in the house is improved but he charged her far too much. the technician was very polite and he did seem to be a proficient. i wouldn't use this company ever again. i feel like they tried to scam her out of her money and they overcharged her far too much. the technician hardly worked 2 1/2 hours and i don't feel like the air duct cleaning was even thorough enough. i would not have paid this guy with my money but my mother said that the house needed the air duct cleaning.

I will write a detail review when I have a time but owner should know they hired contractors works for them with very bad attitude and service.. now I know why they prefer chemical cleaning techniques verses water deep shampooing . It's all about cost and revenue all they care about sharing with contractors.. not professional guy came to my aunt place just asking more money in cash to do the job.. and arguing with customers... worst thing was carpet wasn't even cleaned...like other reviewers mentioned... beware it's your choice to use this company's service but... I never left this type of bad reviews for small business until my auntie got so stressed out because of the service they provided. I felt so bad for her that I chose this company for her... If you really want your carpet cleaned just go for water shampooing . Mist spraying chemical and brushing on your carpet and arguing customer for extra money?.....good luck.

The serviceman was very friendly and knowledgeable, but I disappointed that he did not open and clean the return air vent on the main level. I did not realize this until he left my house. He informed me (by phone) that he shot air through the return air vent slats rather than open the vent and clean inside. Return air vents are the largest in the house and help clean the air.

This company is a scam. I asked them for a quote to clean all the vents of my house. The technician that showed up in our home was rude and unprofessional. He even opened a hole in the ducts without asking for permission. After taking a picture of the inside he claimed that we have mold in our ducts and that we should purchase an extra service to remove that. In total they asked us $4000,00!!! which included mold treatment, cleaning the ducts and installing a UV light. I am glad that I did not get their services. I went to a local store and get a mold test that confirmed that the technician was lying, we have no mold in our ducts. Another company completely cleaned the entire system for $400.00 (that company was really honest and did a great job). Stay away from this company.

I'm giving one star because zero is not allowed. It is the worst carpet cleaning I've ever hired. it didn't even remove superficial stains that can come out with any carpet cleaner from the grocery store. Steam carpet cleaning is way better. Do not waste your time on this company. Even spoke with the owner whom basically said the carpet was trash or was stained after they finished their work.

I requested air duct cleaning which was $249 using coupon. Upon arrival, tech informed me that there was mold in the system and therefore charge would be $2000. If I didn't get the service I would be charged $75 for tech to come out. The whole thing is a scam. Tech pretended to call someone and work out a special deal just for me to pay $300 down and the remainder over 6 months. The machine they use is EXTREMELY loud and tech was constantly interrupting me. After the service, they dont even warn you that dirt, dust, and debris will continue to come out of your vents which makes no sense if they removed it all. Be prepared to vacuum after service. Online reviews are horrible. Do not be misled by the mailers which advertise low price for 15 air ducts cleaned for low price. Tech was supposed to check my dryer vent but he didn't. AWFUL EXPERIENCE! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

So, I had my doubts due to prior reviews I had read. However, I went on and call to request their services. I had never had an experience like that in my life with a company such as this one. The staff were great, they helped me a great deal and the person who was on the phone with me, explained EVERYTHING detailedly. Definitely recommending it. 5 stars well deserved.

The response from the business is inaccurate, there was no reluctance from the technician to perform work or process my payment. He stated that he performed a deep clean during the second visit even though he did not follow the protocol previously described to me by the manager. ProClean uses fear based sales tactics to over charge their customers for significantly lower quality work than other companies. They eliminate truthful reviews from other sites (and likely from Google) by claiming that legitimate customers leaving truthful reviews of their poor quality of work are not true customers. Within 10 minutes of arrival, the service tech told me that I had mold in the system, and for $2,000 he would treat it. He made this declaration purely by visual inspection and said it is better to treat instead of test because testing would cost $1,000. I asked him just to clean the ducts, which he did by blowing air into each duct with a vacuum attached to the air handler (or attached near it, I'm not sure of the terminology). I paid $330 for the service. When the tech left I started taking pictures inside the ducts, looking for mold, and found that the ducts were still covered with dirt and debris, one of the vents even had straw in it. I called the company for a refund which they refused but they did send the tech back out to "deep clean". Yesterday, an HVAC company out to estimate replacing my unit told me that I should consider having my ducts cleaned (after they inspected some of the ducts). They couldn't believe that I had just had them deep cleaned less than a month ago.

I scheduled a deep cleaning. The carpet cleaner Dino did a fine job. However, when I scheduled the appointment and when Dino arrived I was told our pet stains "may" or "may not" come out. After the cleaning I mentioned they didn't come out and DIno informed me at that time they "never" come out. Also, after two hours the carpets were still very wet. It took 12-24 hours for all to completely dry. Wish they would have been honest upfront regarding both issues.

We've used ProClean before for duct cleaning. This time, we had mold in our HVAC and ducts. Danny took time to explain the situation to us and what our options were. He stayed for several hours to remediate the mold and install UV lights on our system to prevent mold in the future. He clearly explained the warranties to us when he was done. I also appreciated that he called us when he was headed to our house so we could plan better, and ProClean lets you track their service people via GPS so you know when to expect them. Juan got here this afternoon to do our annual carpet cleaning. He called about ten minutes before he got here to let us know he was on his way, which was appreciated. The estimate was pretty close, but there were a few additions that needed to be made. We had two big rooms, a 10x14 foot area rug, an upstairs foyer, and a set of stairs cleaned, plus a large sectional both cleaned and scotch guarded for under $500. The service was quick and thorough, and I was amazed how much dirt came out of each area (although I probably shouldn't have been with our two dogs). The tank was emptied after each major section. The rugs, stairs and sectional practically shine now, and there is a cleanliness in the air that wasn't there before. Well worth the investment.

The carpets were well cleaned for the most part, but I noticed two stained areas were still stained although much less visible. I took some Hot Shot remover, and they came out immediately. I suggest he carry something like that with him for such occasions. He worked diligently and quickly, and was a pleasant individual.

Classic Bait and Switch. The flyer says $250 for 15 vents. Once the tech arrived he inspected my furnace blower with his iPhone camera for about 5 minutes then told me I needed the platinum package at a cost of $1295. Said my vents was full of builders dust. I asked if he could just do the 15 vents for $250 he said it would be a waste its better to save up money and get the platinum package in a few months. I declined. It's so ironic on their ads they say don't foll for the $99 dollar guys but yet they do the same thing! BEWARE!!

Would not recommend this company. Technician was very aggressive with the up-sale, more like a scare tactic. He also had no regard for my furniture. Stepped up on my couch, dirty shoes and all. This was the first time I had the ducts cleaned in my 32 year home. We have had filters on the intake so that helped a lot. We went for the full cleaning package and added UV to both units. It was VERY expensive, but should eliminate the mold problem. I doubt just a standard duct cleaning would have been enough. The tech Jose was great about explaining everything and worked very hard for many hours. Maybe I should have gotten other estimates. That is my only afterthought.

He not only explained the issues with my air ducts, but he also explained why my vent for my dryer also needed to be cleaned, which is separate from the air ducts vents. Previously I had my washer and dryer serviced and that technician from my home warranty company informed me incorrectly that the dryer is the same vent for the air ducts. Mr. Marez informed me that the technician from my home warranty informed me incorrectly and the section he cleaned did not resolve the issue because the dryer vent needs to be cleaned in my attic. I wanted to get my parents house air duct and carpet cleaned. When I called and got an estimate from them for roughly $500.00. When they arrived they claimed my parents air duct would cost $3000 more for mold removal. They told my parents if they pay CASH and not tell the company they can do it for $1300. My parents do not speak English very well and was taken advantage of. This action is illegal and someone should be held accountable.

The price given on the phone was $498 for two heating units to clean the air ducts. When the technician arrived he said that for a thorough cleaning of the air ducts and the furnaces the price was $1980. This extra cost covered the worked required because the house is new and a lot of drywall pieces were in the ducts. The technician and the work were fine. The pricing communications on the phone and in person could have been better.

I just had my carpets and sectional cleaned today by Pro Clean and it was a great experience! Before calling Pro Clean I researched many other companies in my area. Some were cheaper. However, none could offer the same type of services. For example, Pro Clean has a dry time average of only 1-2 hours. Almost all others offer 7-8 hours at a minimum. With that comes the soaked padding and that dreaded dry and cracked look afterwards. Who wants that? I would like to also add the most important factor in my decision making. That is “Hallie”, with Pro Clean. This woman is amazing. She’s able to explain every detail in depth about the process and how they compare to other companies. She’s also incredibly patient. I can’t say enough about her representing the company. Lastly, I would like to add that our technician “Juan Ramirez” was extremely helpful, professional and considerate. He went above and beyond during the entire process. He was also able to explain that certain extra services may want to be considered. This doesn’t mean that he was pushy or selling us a bunch of nonsense that is overpriced. In fact, the extra services that we opted for were very necessary and were of minimal cost. We were very impressed with his knowledge, advice and overall service. We can’t say enough about this company. Major thumbs up to Pro Clean! So, do the right thing and look at the details when you are going to select a service like this. I promise you that this company won’t be beat.

Gerardo was very professional and polite. I just don't know if I received the best carpet cleaning possible for the price. There are still a lot of stains in one of the rooms even though I paid for "deep cleaning". It may have something to do with the type of carpeting (berber) but nothing was said by the technician. I ordered deep cleaning by phone and lady confirmed that she scheduled for deep cleaning and when technician came on service he said it’s just normal cleaning and tried to do sales of different upgrades services. I am overcharged for the service by coming on my premises and asked for more money. If she would have said the exact price when I ordered it would have much more better. Later she charged me for 10 areas where in my house I didn’t have 10 areas! It’s small single family house, I felt helpless and totally unsafe in my own house as I allowed the technician in the house. I bargained service and ended up paying more $50 then what I ordered. The solution technician used was smelling disgusting it was smelling like bleach. I regret by taking service and felt like I damaged my only 6 months old carpet. I would recommend to improve service In gray area of quality of solutions and make sure customer understands what he/she has ordered before he/she gets service by providing detailed job task in email that I received when I paid to the technician. I felt cheated when I talked to any agents on call or when I worked with technician.

I called and got an appointment withen a couple days. I originally had Proclean come out to installed UV lights in system to take care of any Bacteria as well as the Duct cleaning. That crew did an awesome job. They were precise, timely and offered me a fair deal for the equipment installed and work. More recently I made an appointment to get my UV lights system checked out because I had noticed the bulbs had faded a bit. Thier technician Danny showed up right on schedule and diagnosed the issue quickly. He replaced the bulbs and made sure everything was functioning properly. He additionally checked the ducts all around the house and didn't try to upsell an additional cleaning, as my ducts we're in pretty good shape. We had ProClean do all the carpeting in our house. The price was very reasonable, even including a few rooms that needed deep cleaning. The carpets look wonderful! Our technician was very professional and knowledgeable, and arrived right on time for our service. One quick note - deep cleaned areas will take longer to dry than the quoted 1-2 hours. This wasn't a problem for us, but there was still some dampness 4-6 hours later on our stairs and living room. It was worth it for the improvement in appearance!

All the tech did was lightly spray a liquid mist on the carpet ant then use a rotary tool to push the dirt/etc into the carpet. The soiled areas were still there after he finished. Oh, and he charged an extra $60 to "deep clean." Guess that pushed the dirt a little deeper into the carpet. NEVER AGAIN.

Had a great experience with Proclean! Called them because Chem -Dry in Olney quoted me a price of $400 for 2 bedrooms in a condo. I am so glad I did!!! I called and scheduled and immediately received a text message confithe appointment. Then received an email doing the same. The day before received another texted reminder of the appointment. The day of a text then the service professional called me 30 minutes prior to arriving. When he was enroute snother text message and then a knock at my door. Juan was professional, dressed very professional, answered all my questions and was cleaned in minutes. It dried within 30 minutes and looked great. I won’t use anyone else! The BAD experience is as follow: 1:Technician did not arrive on time during the 2 hours window, we had to call and the office apologized and for not having proper communication between team and office, tech arrived one hour late, without any apology. 2: We had a prior agreement on the cost which was 249.95 to include 15 vents and additional vents for $15.00 each, plus 75.00 per coil and 75.00 for furnace cleanout, and free Dryer vent Inspection. Did not live up to their offer. 3: Technician offered to do the Job for $1295.00 4. Called the office to see why this confusing prices, the office quoted me 2500.00 5. Then after 30 minutes of discussions between all of me the tech (Dany) and the office (Haly) they agreed to charge me 1300.00 while the whole job as agreed upon before will not exceed 750.00 per Haly. 6. I was pressured to accept this offer, because I had to deliver to my client. 7. When I asked the Tech how long would it be to do a thorough job , they said 3 hours, well in 27 minutes they were done, and left behind holes in the ducts where they were suppose to cover them. Very bad job. They suppose to Sanitize the System, nothing was done. 8. This company needs to practice honesty.
