The Cleaning team was fast but they damaged our wood floors. I have screenshots of the team dragging my sofa across my wood floor. The owner's response was to claim that we lied saying that their crews don't move furniture. Lots of dropping things on the floor. Owner ignored my request to address the issue with my husband and instead called me at work to talk over me and yell. The company is refusing to pay for the damages at this point.

It was a wonderful experience having their team clean my house. I recently had a new bathroom total remodeled and dust was everywhere and I was expecting company for a week and needed it cleaned fast. They arrived with smiles and their cleaning supplies, step ladders, etc. Went right to work, cleaned everything in a most efficient manner. The 5 ladies worked well together and when they were finished, I was sitting in my clean house, smiling!! Thank you, I'll contact them again.
