We have had Molly Maids come ~1 time a month for last 6 months and they have been wonderful. Our home has always been cleaned beyond our expectations. We also have a dog in our home, and I've seen the team interact with her and they are wonderful. In the past, we have used other cleaning services and we have had issues because "we live in a large building." We have never had an issue with Molly Maids gaining access to the building and to our unit. We have recommended them to our family and friends and will continue to do so. Overall: Very reliable, great communicators (emails us back within hours), service-oriented, friendly = 5 stars!

Worst maid service I ever had. One bedroom 600 sq ft empty apartment. Asked them to make sure they clean shelves in cupboard since just moving in. They said they spent 1.5 hours cleaning. I came back and wiped inside kitchen cabinet and it was filthy. Could see crumbs in drawers. Had them come back and they quickly did a wipe down. Charged me $140 for the cleaning. Total rip off!! Will never use them again!

You’ve found the best deal in town from a reputable business run by honest and dedicated people. Over the last number of years I’ve worked with many cleaning crews in various markets and this is by far the best quality value I’ve experienced. And the price was great! We absolutely love the ladies who come and clean our house (Claudia and Jeanine). They are amazing and do a fantastic job! They are so professional and efficient but still personable and I cannot rave enough about how clean they get our house! Our house is never as clean as it is after they have been here. this location is horrible considering they had a team come out to me and my husbands home who not only barely spoke English but the girls were in a hurry rushing over things in my home I tried to communicate with one of the girls about going over something they missed and I believe she didn't understand me,this will be the last time I use molly maids of Bethesda it would be so helpful if they could actually have some Americans to work as well because the lack of communication

First they rip my carpet in December 2018 and 6 months later they still keep giving me another hurdle to get it fixed. They threatened me that if I wouldn't take down my negative review on Yelp and the BBB that they wouldn't fix the carpet the end of May 2019. Now they won't give me back the key to my home after I have canceled my service. Is this who you want to clean your home? BTW, telling me that they won't fix my carpet until I take down a negative review is not allowed and is called coercion. So now the Better Business Bureau has advised me to take this to court since Molly Maids did not respond to their inquiry (and a no response will lead to a bad rating). Plus the North Rockville Molly Maids is the same company. Don't be like me and avoid them at all costs!

Molly Maid provides excellent service all around. The email reminders before the cleaning service are helpful. The cleaning service is thorough and if concerns arise, they are addressed promptly.
