The worst cleaning service ever. They used a bad floor cleaning mop that scratched my wood floor all over. I saw it one time and requested one of them do not use their tool to wipe my wood floor and I told her to use my mop instead and she denied it. She said she would be careful but when I didn’t look they scratch my floor with the bad mop they have. I saw it one week later it was hidden under my big dinning table. They don’t accept that they did that. I never scratch my floor from cleaning with the bad mop. This is the first time I hired cleaning company. I will never hire any cleaning g company again because if them. Be aware!!!!

I showed them the areas/rooms to be cleaned, and I liked that they had good communication with their call center and already knew the specific things that I had asked for. They came with a tall step stool and equipment to clean hard to reach areas, high and low. They cleaned all corners and underneath things. I was really impressed and appreciated the thoroughness, attention to detail, and pleasant attitude. I am looking forward to the next cleaning and hope to continue having good experiences with Lilly's.

There are 2 sides to this business: The office, who you deal with to schedule, and the group of women who come and actually do the cleaning. The only reason I can give this place more than 1 star is the women who came to do the cleaning. They were efficient and my house has never been cleaner. However, the front office was horrible. My brother got me a gift certificate for Christmas after I had a baby. I FINALLY got around to scheduling it in mid-August. I emailed the address on the certificate and got a reply that they needed my confirmation code. When I replied that there was no confirmation code on anything my brother had received from them, the reply was that they'd have to look it up to confirm the payment amount. A week later I called again, and they were still looking. It was PayPal. I had told them the exact date of the transaction. Finally, I just had my brother forward me the PayPal receipt (took less than 5 minutes for him to get it to me.) So finally, it looks like I'm actually going to be able to schedule after multiple calls and emails, some of which were not returned. In speaking with Edda, we determine that I will be put on the schedule for Monday 9/10 in the afternoon, and I made it clear to her that this was a day off for me but I would need to have the crew out of my house by 4:00 so I could pick up my daughter from day care. I hung up assuming all was good. Friday before my cleaning, I get an email at 1:00. They had never gotten my home address. I replied as soon as I saw it (3:00) and asked for confirmation for Monday with a more concrete time frame. No reply. Called twice Monday morning and finally got someone. My home was not on the schedule for that day. I had sent my daughter to day care and cleared my afternoon for this, and I was livid. The woman on the phone was nice, and apologized because Edda was on vacation, and said they could "accommodate" me that afternoon. I explained that actually following through on the commitment from 2 weeks prior is not a favor, it's good business. The women came around 1:45, cleaned for 2 hours, did a spectacular job, and were on their way right when i needed them to be. But the overall experience? HORRIBLE customer service from the office. I emailed Edda that same day and how upset I was, and 10 days later, I still have not received a response from her. She managed to turn a nice gesture from my brother into a time consuming and frustrating ordeal.

Absolutely above and beyond! My mother-in-law surprised me with saying she was coming to visit and, while my house is mid-renovation, I still wanted her to be comfortable in the essential places. So I called Lillys cleaning and they shuffled their schedule to accommodate my short notice. Three ladies cleaned 2.5 bathrooms and kitchen in 1.5 hours. I didn't expect them to clean the floor, but they microfiber mopped the wood floors to a shine. The refrigerator looks brand new, they wiped the baseboards, above the cabinets, got the green stuff out of the tub jets, and they all seemed to enjoy working together! Thank you so much!

Lilly's cleaning crew came for the first time yesterday and my house is amazingly clean. They did all the usual and major stuff, but far exceeded expectations with little touches, like fluffing sofa pillows and cleaning our vanity trays (where we put our lotions, contact lens solution, etc.).
