I would hesitate to do business with this company or any of its affiliates. The reason being is that they employ personnel named Terry Johnson. Mr. Johnson espouses himself to be tolerant of all races, nationalities, and creeds yet he presents himself as an all-out bigot in public forums. This would be concerning to me as a business owner because you have to deal with various communities with respect to your customer base. Specifically speaking, he expressed that he doubted my professional background in large because I'm a black man. Mr. Johnson's views in that regard were and are extremely abhorrent and mortifying to myself as a minority. I am extremely concerned that Jani-King supports this type of behavior in large because Mr. Buchanan altogether invited me to air my grievances. With that being said, I would never do business with a company such as this and I believe that the public should be aware of such. Best regards, An aggrieved minority

Awesome service, Laramy the regional manager is very polite and explains everything about his business and is very quick to return phone calls and follow up. Called to ask for services and he brought me a quote the very next day, explained the reasoning for pricing and why they are better than any other cleaning company. Quality of service if great, and they have multiple inspections throughout the month from different inspectors to get a different set of eyes on my facility. Very pleased, Highly recommend.

Carleton came and took measurements of my building 9 days ago. Told me he would have a quote for me within 24-48 hours. I never got the quote. I have tried calling him directly twice, called the office THREE times. The staff promised me calls back and I never received even ONE call back. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! I will gladly take my business elsewhere.

I have been employed with jani- king for over a month and today was payed day. But the branch i worked for his name is Vince not sure his last name. But he wont pay me what is owed. He cheats the places that employes him on cost and not useing cleaning supplies watered everything down. He is a crook.

Had two appts scheduled for a quote- first one cancelled last minute and second one was a no show by the owner. Poor customer Service if you can’t even call if you aren’t going to make an appt. Definitely not a company that I would want to use.
