Have not been happy with the service. Cancel contract and will have someone that will actually clean the office. You cancel your contract is the only time they send someone out. Money saved now

Be aware before signing the contract. 1)Automatic renewal. Penalty if you try to cancel. 2)You CANNOT cancel the service even if the franchise owner stole things from you. And yes they steal things. I have cameras installed now because of them. 3)Once they get in their comfort zone, the quality goes down dramatically.

My fiancé works for this place, and I am very upset with how they treat their employees. They act like they're far more superior, wait days to send in a check, it's ridiculous. Don't call yourself a "business" if you can't even pay your employees on time! They don't know what they're doing, whatsoever. I really wish you could do zero stars. If you plan to work here, PLEASE DONT. None of the other reviewers are exaggerating when they say THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO WORK FOR. They are inconsiderate and selfish. I have late fees nearly every month because they're never on time.

If their employees are going to drive company vehicles and represent the company, they should drive more appropriately. I wouldn't recommend running stop signs, cutting people off,and speeding through construction zones.

The man driving the car on route 28 was driving recklessly. He did not move over so that I could merge even though there was ample room to do so and he then cut someone off in the left lane. Do you check drivers records before putting people behind the wheel of your giant advertisement cars? It’s not a good look.

No Stars (1 Star showing because google requires it to post). I can not recommend this company in the least. Their service for our organization has been dismal. I gave them 6 months (when I took over operations at my current organization) to get their act together. Got a visit from a new manager last week (right at the 6 month point) promising to set things right. This past weekend the service wasn't bad...it was non-existent; they did not even show up. Currently working on RFP to get a new company on board.

This is an absolutely horrible cleaning service. We have used them more a commercial business for awhile and they were never able to clean the space according to their contract. We were promised new crews that would get the job done but there was never any follow through. The site manager was horrible! You could never get a hold of her often waiting days for her to respond to calls and then providing empty promises to remedy the problem. Never would she follow up after new crews unless we called with a complaint. Even cancelling with them was a nightmare. I could never recommend this company to anyone and if I could give them zero stars I would.

Be advised: My rating is reflective of the corporate office, NOT of the franchise owner that is responsible for my office's janitorial needs. I am fortunate that I get to work with this specific owner team, but my dealings with corporate have been far less than desirable. They have little to no consistency or accountability. The sales representative makes promises in order to win the account, then makes no efforts to ensure that those conditions are met. I am less than impressed with the company. Again, our franchise owner is wonderful, and for that I am grateful because I had to sign a year contract to initiate service.

They cleaned a school in Yukon over the summer. When teachers returned to school, they discovered many of the things inside the classrooms, desk, shelves, blinds, curtins, etc had been destroyed, or were missing. We think the Jani King employees brought their kids to work with them, and just let them have the way with the school. Jani King also removed furniture from classrooms, and didn't put them back, forcing the teachers to search the school for their furniture. Jani King sucks. Stay away from them.

They completely ripped me off at Bonnaroo and refuse to pay me for my labor, it was a disgusting job too. They ow me 200$ and are threatening to charge me for the Bonnaroo wrist band. So basically I'm just screwed

Worse place to work for, very unprofessional. They steal from clients and employees. The contractors don't take responsibility for their mess ups when they use chemicals that employees are allergic to and send them to the hospital. Not cool jani-king.
