Awesome experience. Super responsive on scheduling - I work late and they responded to emails late at night, and worked to find a time that fit my schedule with a really short turnaround time. The clean was amazing. Things were spotless and my house looked better than it had in a looooooong time. I will absolutely be using them again for regular cleanings.

I love iQ Cleaning - we have a bi-monthly recurring cleaning booked with iQ and any time I have a question or request they take care of it and respond immediately. Being able to book online is awesome and the cleaning quality is good. I just love coming home to a clean house after one of their crews have been here - it's such a relief not to have to do it all on my own! Good price too, compared to what we used to pay our freelance cleaner, but with two people working on it the job goes by in half the time so there's no inconvenience for our family. Thank you!

I've been using IQ for about a year and everything's gone without a hitch. They do a great job cleaning the place and are very flexible if I need to reschedule due to having visitors or if I'm going to be out of town. At the same time, the scheduling and payment system is automated and hassle free.

Very mediocre cleaning. I've had the service twice and find the actual cleaning to be not great considering the price. I have a one-bedroom apartment and each time the two women were done in less than an hour. Meanwhile, the shower clearly wasn't even wiped down as bits of conditioner were still there from the morning. On the plus side, it's super easy to book cleanings online and the customer service is great.

It was my first time using iQ Cleaning today. I needed a thorough cleaning before a friend stays in our apartment next week to dog-sit. The cleaners did a great job. Two cleaners arrived about 5 minutes before the scheduled time. It took them a little over an hour to clean my 1-bedroom apartment. When they were done, it was clear that they had moved light furniture and objects to clean thoroughly. I will definitely use again in the future. I booked online on Friday evening for 1030am Saturday morning. Within an hour, I was notified the time I selected was over-booked, but they were available to come at 830am on Saturday. I was very impressed with the speediness of their email responses, and that they could book with such short notice. Very convenient.

What I like best about them is their flexibility. My weekly appointment with them is every Saturday. But sometimes, I have plans for the weekends, or I don’t think I can wake up early enough, so I have it rescheduled some other day, and there has never been a problem.

I have used IQ Cleaning for biweekly cleaning services, move-out cleaning, snow removal, and landscaping services. I started using them in 2015 and continue to use them now. I like how easy it is to book services online, the convenience of chatting with someone instantly, and that you can customize the service to what you are looking for. So far, I have been very pleased with the quality and services IQ offers. I have been very satisfied with the move-out cleanings and I am used to the military PCS cleaning checklist. They have sent enough cleaners to do the job well during the two-hour period. I was also very satisfied with the snow removal services after the Blizzard this year. They came the same day that I called, their prices were competitive, and they even called me before proceeding when they saw that it was going to take longer than originally anticipated. When I called for landscaping services this past fall, they did a Fall clean-up where they mow the grass, blow the leaves from the roof and the yard, bag the fallen leaves and branches, trim the bushes and edges, and clean and rake the soil around the planters. Plus, included in the price, they also came back one more time to blow and bag the last fallen leaves from my mature trees. Their prices were very competitive compared to a few others that service the area and the yard looked spotless compared to other neighbors that have recurrent landscaping services. One of my neighbors (that I had not met before) stopped by inquiring about our landscaping services because our yard really stood out from the others and didn't have a leaf left on the yard! Like some of you, I have also had a couple of ladies that have not exceeded my expectations but in my experience, it has been very easy to call and talk to IQ Cleaning and they have listened and have fixed the issue in a very quick and friendly matter that has worked for me. My advice to you is that when you find a crew that you like, call and request to keep that crew everytime that you need services. Like that, it guarantees the same quality of service that meets your satisfaction every time and you get to develop a relationship with the crew as well. That has really worked for me and so far I am very happy with Rosa and her crew. I love IQ Cleaning and strongly suggest anyone looking for these home services to give them a try.

I've never had such a great experience before, there was no "estimating" or time lost, all I did was book online and handed them the key and they knew exactly what to do and they did it! And did it SOOO well. I don't know where they were hiding before, but I am glad I found them. Bar none the best cleaning experience I've ever had!

We've used iQ cleaning four times so far. Overall, the work done was pretty good. A couple of times, the staff ran late, but iQ cleaning was very good at making up for it, by offering additional service (e.g. oven cleaning) for free. The staff don't mind a walk-through at the end, and are happy to clean any spot missed, if there's any.

After having to fire our last cleaning company, I felt like I'd lost hope in finding a cleaning service that works hard and respects its customers. I was so pleasantly surprised when I found the reasonably priced iQ Cleaning and began working with the wonderful Nicole! On our first cleaning, our 100+ year-old row-home was left without a trace of dust. I had just returned from vacation and my room was a mess. While I had advised that the cleaning crew need not worry about it, they were kind enough to still change my sheets, and organize my room in a functional manner. What a joy to see after a long (jet-lagged) day's work! We currently have a recurring service with iQ Cleaning, and look forward to working with them for as long as possible :)

We appreciate their diligence and willingness to work with us to meet our wishes. We intend to edit this review yet again after they re-clean. *Older review: Our place was pretty clean already so we expected this to make our place spotless. However, they left lint all over the surfaces (stove top especially), didn't clean behind the toilet, and broke one of our blinds.

I thought they did an awesome job. The floors are so squeaky clean! They come on time and the place looks and smells great when I come home. I think some of the pricing of some of the add-ons are more than should be. I do wish that they could do dishes or wash/fold actual laundry. Overall, prices are good. I would recommend them to anyone.

We had IQ clean our recently purchased home prior to moving in. Overall, the service was good! Very friendly staff. They arrived about 45 minutes early and got right to work. We did notice some spots that they missed. We pointed these out and they were cleaned right away. I recommend doing a walk through before they leave just to make sure everything is covered!

Their staff is courteous and responsive, and generally just nice, efficient and effective. They are even nice to my dog!! I really appreciate the part of the service that is IQ cleaning service. When I first was investigating them it was great to be able to chat with someone over their website about their services and how they treat their employees because that was really important to me. Also I really appreciate all the email follow-ups and the notices about when I'm going to have my cleaning. Over the holidays they were very flexible and changed the date of my cleaning because I wouldn't be in town. As well the people come to clean my apartment have been very friendly, very professional, and very helpful. Sometimes the cleaning hasn't been everything I wanted, but I think that might've been when there was a replacement crew that came to my house. However, I'm sure if I asked him to do something specific they would do it without hesitation. They did that for me once when I wanted my balcony cleaned and they didn't have a particular offer for that on their menu.

I recently used iQ Cleaning to clean my house after my tenants moved out. We were pleased with how they cleaned and they worked very efficiently. Booking and paying online was very convenient, I wish more home service providers did that. Customer service was really good too, they forgot to apply a coupon to my total and corrected the issue very quickly.
