I've had various companies in my home many times over the years - MOST of them were disappointing. However I could not be happier with the job that Hydro-Clean did for me today. I have a wonderful sofa and chair combo that has a soft yellow background. It looked dingy and dirty. Now it looks BRAND NEW! I am elated. However, that is not all. IF i could give this company 10 stars - I would. In addition to doing a fantastic job - they were also: ON TIME! Called me to confirm! Were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous I never felt in the least that "creepy" feeling you sometimes get when letting someone into your home for service. I had a great team - Bill and DAVE! - they were awesome! Ask for them when you call for an appointment GREAT JOB HYDRO-CLEAN!!

Cameron did a great job! Only took 1 1/2 hours to clean all of our carpets, including stairs, and even an area rug. The carpets are so clean they look new, there is no chemical smell so I was able to stay home with the baby without any concerns, and they all dried in just a few hours. We had someone come clean our chimney at the same time (from another company) and the guy stepped on our freshly cleaned rug and tracked mud on it. (I was so upset!) Cameron had just finished packing his equipment, but when I showed him what the other guy had done, he happily unpacked the equipment and cleaned the muddy footprint. Talk about customer service. Seriously, you don’t get that kind of consideration from people anymore. Thank you so much for great service. I will definitely hire you again in the future.

Hydro Clean was on our insurance company's approved list of contractors. In the very beginning, everything went smoothly. The person assigned to work with us, Stephen, was quick to respond to emails and phone calls. He lined up all the necessary sub contractors to get various jobs done. Once we got to repairing our floors, things spiraled downward. The subcontractor was given one set of instructions despite the work estimate outlining something very different. At one point I was in a screaming match with the flooring subcontractor who insisted I was in the wrong. Our damage occurred in July and the work was not completed until November. Our final project was drawn out because Stephen had "the guy" to paint our cabinets. It should have come as no surprise that when he did show up (after a month of waiting for him to become available) he had no idea about the size of the job. What he thought would take a day, took his team 3 days to complete. Not to mention, the paint job is subpar and is already flaking in multiple locations 2 months later. At the end of it all, we were shortchanged $90 in a final payout that took place in January. I called and spoke to Stephen that night once we realized the mistake and was assured that the check would be in the mail tomorrow. It is now February, and we still do not have a check despite being told it would be mailed every single time I have managed to get a reply. Last week I called the office directly, and the office manager told me that Stephen was out of the office and there was absolutely no one else who could write this check for me. This was one week after I had spoken to Stephen who told me the check would be in the mail. What kind of business is this? The process has been a nightmare in large part to the mismanagement of the job by Stephen and the poor handling of this final pay out of money that is due to us. I would not recommend Hydro Clean to anyone.

This is your basic Sears service, but without any customer satisfaction guarantees. They make you sign waivers that they are not responsible for anything that happens. Don't use their dry cleaning or their upholstery cleaning since the dirt is more prominent after they are done. They cannot clean a synthetic rug or it will curl at the edges after it dries. They would not offer to remove spots. I want my money back.

My family had the pleasure to be served by Mr. Wilson. He was a soft-spoken friendly man. He takes his job seriously and is hard-working. He kept me informed and was professional. He measured one of my runners wrong making the price more than it should be and was up front with me about the inaccuracy and made the appropriate adjustment to the price. There was gum on the carpet of one of my rooms and he did a hell of a job working it out. I have been using Hydro Clean for years and never had a bad experience. I highly recommend them.

Overall did a decent job cleaning the carpets and the techs were people we felt comfortable having in our home, but there were a few issues that prevented a higher rating. 1: The companies Youtube videos show a special tool used for spot cleaning. This tool was never used and when asked, the tech said they only use the big wand. Needless to say the spot is still there. 2: When the job was over, there was a line of dust along the baseboards, when asked the tech said it was an extra charge to get that area, that would have been nice to know BEFORE the job was started. I would have had them do it even at the extra charge if it had been mentioned beforehand. As it was presented, I couldn't tell if the tech was trying to up sell, or if they just didn't feel like taking the time to clean the area.

I was beyond happy with the service technicians each time they have come to our house. They informed me of options like having furniture cleaned, but were never pushy. They gave a fair price and the carpet looked like new! Also, the office person, 'C.' has always been helpful, regularly offering me coupons and recently, she went out of her way to produce a receipt for a past cleaning. I needed this for my carpet manufacturer to maintain the warranty!

Didn't use their service but never will. Tailgated me at 65mph then tried to pass too quickly on an exit ramp. Almost ran me off the road on I95 and scraped the front end of my car. Do you really want someone who thinks that driving like this is OK in your home?

We just moved into a new home and the tile in our master bathroom and guest bathroom looked dirty and worn. I had Hydro Clean out to clean my basement carpet. Dave and Javon arrived on time . They both put booties on to cover their shoes before coming in my home. Dave measured everything out and gave the price before starting the job. They did an amazing job on my carpet. They use something called the butler system. WOW OH WOW my carpets look almost new again and smell clean. I have 3 dogs so I was very happy with the end results. Valerie in scheduling was very professional and set my service up asap. Dave and Javon did a FANTASTIC job on carpets. I will definitely use Hydro Clean again.

My townhome was due for a late Spring cleaning. I had never had my ducts cleaned but suspected them to be an issue with the uptick in how quickly things became dusty in the house after cleaning. I had previously gotten my LR carpets cleaned by Hydroclean but decided after 8.5 years I'd get it all cleaned. In back to back days, Chris L took care of both days jobs with a companion each day. Chris was communicative and clear when he'd arrive in the assigned time window and did so as expected. During each job he was clear with me what he was going to do and explained the steps they would take. During duct cleaning they were careful moving the equipment and picked up after themselves. During carpet cleaning, Chris paused after each room and allowed me to review and ensure I was satisfied with the task. Overall, Chris L was courteous, professional, diligent, thorough, and communicative. My second experience with Hydroclean will not be my last!

During a difficult 2 week house clean out, Freddie was in charge and ran a changing crew with professionalism. He kept us informed and worked with us when we had requests during the process. He made helpful suggestions and made an otherwise unpleasant situation more bearable. If that's true, this company should reevaluate their management because maybe that's the problem. He's not helpful, not professional, not punctual... and if he is a manager he represents the company and ownership. Bad news. Go somewhere else.

I had some specific questions about whether they could clean the edges of my windows, and they asked me to send a picture so they could give an accurate assessment. We had a rental home that needed deodorizing and air duct cleaning. We contacted Hydroclean based on the reviews and positive feedback we had heard. We scheduled a little over a week out to have the service performed and this was the last step before listing our home for sale. We turned down other offers to have it done the same week because of hyrocleans reputation. The day before the service was to take place, we received a call saying that the crew had been working the too many hours that week and that they need to be given a day off. I completely understand that an emergency response company can get overworked in extreme situations, however when talking to the owner Chuck, and explaining to him that we needed to keep our scheduled appointment or we would have to find someone else to preform the service, his attitude towards me became somewhat irritated. He became very short with me on the phone and told me good luck finding someone to do as good as job as them. Not a very professional phone conversation for the owner of a business, and not professional to call day before to cancel a scheduled appointment with such short notice. Extremely disappointed.

Summary: The Good: Very thorough job cleaning our vents at a good price. Showed up on the date at the time promised. The Bad: Damaged my wall, barely apologized and did not offer to repair it. Full Review: Chris and Louis arrived at the start of their time window which is always nice. They got started quickly and covered the vents in my house before they started cleaning them. When Chris turned on an air hose it flew wildly all over and smacked into a wall in my kitchen, chipping the paint. It was minor damage and I understand that accidents happen but he didn't acknowledge it or apologize. Louis would apologize before they left but didn't offer to repair the damage. Louis explained in detail how the cleaning went and offered some suggestions on how we could cover our external dryer vent. He also cleaned up some dust left behind by Chris. Louis also found a vent of ours covered up by the drop ceiling which was very helpful. I wouldn't hire them again because of the way the damage was handled but they did do a good job.

Worst Company! Had a flood Nov 2017 and its now Oct 2018 and still have not got the job complete. Some cabinets are missing glass, the drywall is cracking after they “fixed” it twice already, hardwood floors look like a blind man installed them. The managment is a complete joke, you cant even get in contact with them via email/text or call. The screens to windows are missing and they are just left in my garage all bent up but not replaced with new. Dont waste your time and money going with them cause they will take your money and go on vacations with it.

UPDATED REVIEW: After expressing significant quality concerns, it is clear that Hydro Clean cares about its reputation and the quality of its final product. After we had an issue with the first restoration attempt, Stephen, the owner, was prompt in responding to our concerns and quickly came up with a plan to correct things. John came to fix the problems we expressed and we couldn't be happier with the results. He made two visits -- one to survery the problems where he told us his plan and how he would correct things and the second to make the repairs/adjustments. This is a company willing to work with their customers to make things right and that is a rare trait in companies today. We would work with Hydro Clean Restoration again.
