I am usually at home while the ladies clean my house and they do an excellent job. Yesterday, however, I had to leave them to finish up alone. I gave Gloria a key to lock the front door and showed her where to leave it for me. I showed Gloria and Flore that I wanted them to take my scatter rugs out on the deck to shake them out and told them to be sure to lock the sliding glass door before they left. I came home to a beautifully cleaned house. The floors had all been cleaned and the rugs put back in their places. The sliding door was locked as was the front door and I easily found my key hidden where I asked. Please give Gloria and Flore my utmost praise and thank you so much for providing these conscientious ladies to Clean my house!

The owner herself came to my home to do a very thorough evaluation. I had written a list, and I knew nothing about cleaning compared to what she knew. Her crews are very efficient, professional and courteous, and I am always pleasantly surprised they did something extra I didn't pay them for. I'm moving, and they worked with me to service my new home. That's how good they are, and I'm so happy I didn't have to switch away from Danny's when I moved.

I have had Danny's come to my house. We have two dogs and three children... needless to say there isn't enough time in the day to keep up with the mess. Beatrice and Elizabeth cleaned every corner and every surface. Our kitchen floor was so clean that our friends thought we got new tile!!!! Not one hair to be found, not one molecule of dust, not one thing out of place. I would recommend this service to anyone in need of cleaning. I am on their regular rotation and get exciting just thinking about the days they are coming. Very reasonably priced and outstanding customer service. They didn't show up on time, made me late for a doctor's appointment. Then I noticed that they didn't even move any off surfaces, just cleaned around them. In my bathroom they left a soap ring around my tub and didn't even wash around my sink or tub. When I tried to call them to complain, they only offered 10% off another cleaning. No thanks!!

I contacted several cleaning service providers before I decided on Danny's. I went with Danny's for a few reason--1) Danny herself came out to provide the estimate and she gave me her cell phone number for direct communication with her. That says a lot. 2) Danny's description of the service she offers sounded more thorough than many of the places I had spoken to. 3) Unlike other cleaning services, Danny promised that I would have the same team consistently. That's a big plus when you have pets or a small child. Thus far, I've had my first deep clean and my first regular clean from Danny's and the crew has done a fabulous job. My home looks great.

Very responsive to our inquiry for a big messy move-out deep cleaning. The final quote was the highest we received Double the average of others). We did not use them afterall, because the company requires your credit card before even starting, half the pay when team arrives, and other half when they leave. Nope.- It's not customary for services like this to be pre-paid.

For our last clean, they didn't get message that needed to reschedule due to travel. The crew left my house unsecured with the garage door open once they realized that couldn't clean. I called the owner Danny to ask for her crew to close the garage door. It ended up a package had blocked the sensors She then attacked me saying that I was accusing her staff of causing the issue when I was simply requesting for them to close the garage door. She called me rude and refused to simply close the garage to secure house. We were out of town and had to wait a few hours for a friend to close it up. It made us question how much they were concerned about contents of our house if they couldn't care less about ensuring that our house is secured.

They do a great job, they dont charge by the hour, just charge by the job, which is nice. My mom gave me a cleaning as a gift before my first child comes in June and we've kept them on after because they did such a great job. They are super communicative and the house has never looked better :)
