I hired Cimara's company because I'd seen her team in my building lobby wearing their branded sweatshirts. I needed a move-out cleaning and I have been burned in the past, so I figured if they were established in the building they might be good. I scheduled and got a quote online, which I love, and was quoted a discounted rate for a first-time hire WITH a detailed list of everything the cleaning covered. The price was beyond reasonable, and I was given a few options on how to pay for the cleaning. (I chose Venmo.) When I called to confirm the time and date, Cimara asked me to let her know if anything wasn't up to my standards. I just went to check the apartment before turning in my keys and it looks AMAZING. My husband, who is notoriously picky, said that everything "looks brand new." The team found a set of whiskey glasses I didn't even know I had left behind! I don't know where they found them, but they even took time to clean the glasses! Flawless experience. Once I'm unpacked into my new place, I plan to hire Cimara's team to help get the place housewarming-ready.

Originally they were hired for an one time cleaning, after-which, they will be here on a regular schedule. I highly recommend them. UPDATE I never heard back from them, that is okay I started to clean it myself

I have only done the initial cleaning, but I was extremely pleased! Jennifer was very nice and did a very thorough job. It's nice to support a local business, and woman-owned is even better! One annoyance was that Cimara did not pay attention to the specific parking instructions I gave, and Jennifer ended up at the back entrance (where I have no key since I have no car for that lot). Cimara did not pass my instructions to Jennifer, which wasted Jennifer's time and wasted my time as she had to work her way around the block over several text messages. My other concern was the strong fumes from the cleansers. Finally, I would have preferred she spend more time getting to hard-to-dust spots (like behind computer) and vacuuming carefully at edges, rather than spending almost two hours on bathroom and kitchen (which were not that bad!). But I think that's something I can discuss later, and maybe provide my own greener cleansers....
