Awesome experience from the cleaners being right on time to leaving the place spotless. Pretty sure they got every piece of dog hair throughout the entire house. I highly recommend the window treatments(which includes blinds).. all 400 slats were cleaned to like new condition!! Highly recommend for anyone needed a good clean!

They did not do a good job at all!! This past friday they came out. I paid for deep cleaning including inside of fridge and oven to be cleaned. Exterior kitchen cabinet was still dirty, fridge was not cleaned at all, dishwasher had crumbs and etc all inside. Bathroom cabinets and bath tub wasn’t cleaned. Seem like all they did was rush and just try to wipe down things. Horrible job and wasn’t worth it at all! Update: updated to 3stars as the company did call me the next day and tried to make things right giving me an option of either having a crew comeout again for free or a partial refund

I am very happy with the services provided. The house looks amazing. It looks as good as the day when we moved in. And that's no easy feet with two dogs that shed enough a day that you could create another dog out if the hair. The cleaning ladies couldn't of been more friendly and accommodating. They base sure I was o 100% happy before they left. If you're looking for a great cleaning service look no further.

I had a wonderful experience with this company. They were very reasonably priced and will be contacting again in the future....was post previously after unresolved issue. I contacted the company via email to inform them that I paid additional fee for "deep cleaning" services however they were not rendered. I sent a picture of what appeared to be food trash and crumbs underneath the couch pillows and Company replied saying at this time no refunds can be issued, which was not the truth, and instead put credit back to the account for FUTURE cleaning services. Common sense says if you didnt do a good job initially, why would you think I would pay again? I will not be utilizing this company ever again.

The estimate that they give you is misleading. They say that the follow up price is a low rate and when they show up to your house they say it's a lot higher. The estimate is misleading and they do it in order to get someone to your house.

Great service. I did a one-time deep clean with all the bells and whistles. CharmClean made it easy to schedule, which I greatly appreciate. They sent one person, who was on-time and worked quickly, quietly, and efficiently. I was amazed at how my kitchen looked afterwards! Gleaming! The reason for the 4 instead of 5 stars was I'm not sure I got all the bells and whistles I paid for. I had paid for refrigerator cleaning, which was not done, and there were a few other spots that seemed to be missed. But what was done was done excellently! Would definitely use again.

This is the third time I've used CharmClean and I am so happy I found them. Booking is extremely easy online . For my initial booking (3 months ago), I got a general cleaning of the house and their price was reasonable. The cleaners were on time, very respectful and friendly. My house smelt wonderful and overall they did an amazing job. Since I had a great first impression, I purchased the monthly subscription and so far no complaints. Also, rescheduling is quick and easy to do online. I highly recommend!
