We called Certified Carpet Care and was greeted with a friendly response and an appointment immediately. They came out to the house to clean the vents. They were very professional and friendly. Once they cleaned our vents we noticed an immediate difference in dust. Before our vents were cleaned I would dust one day and the dust would be there again the next day. When we returned to this area, we'd had several years of renters and Winters recommended we had our ducts cleaned. I went back and forth between several companies when researching the best ways, pricing and service. Bill is the owner and he sold me when he said, "My kids are on this truck every day--I only want them around the best." I love that it's a family-owned business that has been in the area for many years, and they treat you like you're family too. They have an incredible work ethic and are incredibly reasonably priced. I loved the work they did on the ducts so much I had them come back for maintenance carpet cleaning and now we have them regularly scheduled and I couldn't be happier with the service, their attitude and the work. They also take care of our furniture and basically keep us in tip top shape for just about whatever we need. Professional, NICE!, proficient! Wonderful experience having Andrew and Wes at the house to clean out our Dryer Vent duct. Andrew explained the job and equipment prior to going to work and the process. They were done in less than an hour. They cleaned up after the job and left the dryer area cleaner than before they arrived. Really appreciate their upbeat attitudes and professionalism! Certified Carpet Care did great! Andrew took care of our special needs, such as the pet special and letting us pay upfront so we didn't have to stay. When we came home at the end of the day, the carpets looked and smelled so nice! I will be using them again in the future. Highly recommend especially if you require this for rental move-outs. On the recommendation of Boothe's HVAC I contacted Certified and set up an appointment to have my ducts and some carpets cleaned. Andrew and his assistant Zach appeared on time the day of the appointment and thoroughly explained the nature of their services and options that I had. I chose to add on the Microban treatment for the air ducts. They spent several hours cleaning the vacuuming and treating the duct system and then proceeded to thoroughly clean the carpets, adding Microban treatment to the carpeting at no charge. Andrew and Zach were very polite and wore booties at all times they were in the house. I was very impressed with this company's services and would recommend them highly.

I would leave 0 stars if the website let me. A very unprofessional company with poor customer service and very rude. Did not leave a receipt, and did not VACUUM when cleaning the carpets. When I called to ask why, his response was "do you not own a vacuum to do it yourself?" Overpriced and a poor job. The carpets did not look any different. Save your money! There was cat and dog hair everywhere and I have had allergies ever since, and I was promised they would be thoroughly cleaned when moving into a new house. However, they did not even vacuum or clean the carpets thoroughly with overpriced fees.

Great local company that is very professional and thorough. We had to have our ducts pumped out and cleaned because water had overflowed into them and they did it no complaints and did a wonderful job and used the microban treatment as well. Very fair prices and thankful they weren't like the first company I called and left me hanging even though I explained the situation of the water in the duct work.

Lousy work done. Didn’t do what was asked. I am allergic to cigarettes and they all wreaked of cigarette smoke. All in all i will not be hiring this company again. Do your research people before hiring anyone to step foot in your house !

Certified Carpet Care was amazing! I called around to other places to get my air ducts cleaned and sprayed and wanted some info on what entailed in the process . Everywhere else didn't answer my question about the bacteria that can grow in your air ducks and cause allergy problems, ext. But I spoke one on one with the owner Bill and made me feel at ease and like I was dealing with a true professional. Andrew and Eric the crew guys where exetremly helpful in answering my guestions as they worked. "I asked a lot of questions" and were fast, polite, and even showed me how the process went. If I could give them 6 stars I would! I will definitely be returning to get my carpets done when they are needed!
