Would absolutely recommend Chem-Dry. We were moving out of a rental property and had steam cleaned the whole house, but decided to have the burber carpet and the stairs professionally done. Chem-Dry came out and had both looking great. Found out later that day that according to our lease we had to have the whole house profressionally done. Contacted Chem-Dry and they were able to get back out to our house the next day and take care of that for us. The whole house looked great and the pricing was very reasonable. Five star company, five star work, five star crew. Thanks Chem-Dry for saving us.

I believe Gary's son came and did our very messy carpet. He was very friendly, courteous and efficient. He cheerfully hauled all his gear up to our 3rd floor apartment. We had quite a job for him to handle and he cleaned it beautifully. I was impressed with his positive attitude and how he even moved our sectional sofa out of the way to clean some spilled wine or koolaid under the edge. He left the carpet sparkling clean and ready for the holiday season. This was the first time we have used their service and I selected them because they are a family business. I am glad that I did and although we did pay a little extra due to the heavy staining, I feel it was a fair price for the service. I would highly recommend this family business!

These guys are super nice! I had them clean my entire house as a move out and there were some places that hadn't seen daylight in 14 years. The really worked some magic! When they were done the carpets looked nearly new.

Gary was rude, unprofessional, LATE & offered no apology for any of it! The scheduled appointment time was 11am July 6 2015 and I called 10 minutes prior (10:50am) to give directions because I live in a new development. He said they would be a couple minutes late and that was fine by me. He then calls at 11:23am to tell me he's at the intersection by my house. I asked why he was late and even explained the questions was to make sure I didn't give bad directions. He made a bunch of excuses and then said "but I'm not that late". I reminded him that he set the appointment for 11am. He got frustrated when I asked to know the reason for the delay, he said "I don't want to do this job" and HUNG UP ON ME! He wouldn't answer my calls when I tried to find out what happened & when my husband called to follow up, he said he didn't feel comfortable coming to our house & that we "need to find a better company". UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

Great job! Timely and polite. Only reason why I gave 4 stars and not five because I wasn’t thrilled with the clean up- disposed dirty water in the bathroom sink and toilet and left residue. Next time I hope the clean up will be a little cleaner. Would still reccomend/rebook.

Horrible experience! The person I spoke with on the phone was very nice, I was very clear about the condition of my apartment carpets. However, when the person arrived he was RUDE and obnoxious. He just kept repeating how bad the carpets were and wasn't worth his time cleaning. I had the carpets previously cleaned by Stanley Cleaners with similar damage and everything was cleaned perfectly. This place left me in a horrible bind as the date of the appointment was the last day of my lease. I would not use them!

On 12/23/2014, I had another carpet cleaning company scheduled to come and clean my carpet. They stated they would be at my residence by 1 PM. It was 2 PM and I did not hear from them. So I called the office and the dispatcher checked on the status of the driver and told he was not going to make it to my house to clean my carpet until Saturday, December 27. I was having family over for Christmas, so them coming at that time completely defeated the purpose. I was so upset because now I am in a pinch and needed my carpet cleaned before Christmas. So randomly checked Yelp to look up carpet cleaning and C&G Chem-Dry Carpet popped up and was highly recommended based on their reviews. I called and was able to book them for their first appointment the very next day (on Christmas Eve). Gary and his daughter showed up right on time and did not disappoint! They saved me and my carpet!!! The carpet looked brand new and dried within a matter of hours. Great people to work with and for an affordable price. I will definitely recommend them and use them again.

I had the privilege of using Chem Dry for the first time today to have both my carpets and my couch cleaned. Gary and Logan were as professional and personable as they come. I have white carpets, which were very soiled and after Gary and Logan finished up, you would never think a single thing had been spilled on it. I was also surprised to find out that they clean car upholstery, so I scheduled another appointment for them to come tackle my car! I was very impressed and would recommend them to anyone needing to have their carpets cleaned.

Tried to make it seem like I didn't have an understanding of what srvices I asked for before I booked the appointment, which was false. In the end, the service was good and the technician was nice, but I will not book them again in the future.

I usually do not lend my opinion however, C&G Chem- Dry were awesome! I had even forgotten I used them several years ago and was very pleased at time as well. Gary is a true professional along with his outstanding team. I have several areas of pet stains, dog and cat along with coffee.... They were not only a joy to work with, they came on time, did an outstanding job taking out the spots and the carpet was dry in just a few hours. I would recommend Gary and his team and I will be calling them back next year for another cleaning! They also cleaned my mother's home and I was very happy with the results! I've even called Gary to remove a stain that happened one day before having friends over for a party. He came right away and I was amazed at how great the carpet looked when he finished. I had googled and yelped to come across C&G. I called the number listed and Gary answered the call first hand and was able to give me a rough estimate over the phone. He then was able to schedule me in within the same week (2 days later!!). 2 representatives came and both were very cordial and easy to hold a conversation with. Actual measurements were very close to the estimate given to me over the phone. The 2 representatives were fast and efficient. They were also so tidy and respectful in bringing in the equipment (always shutting the front door, laying down cloth and protective sheets to cover my wood floor). I have had my share of experiencing cleaners who scuffed my walls, banisters, etc because their hoses would get tangled... but not C&G. I am very happy and satisfied and will be calling again for any future cleanings.

Gary was terrific. He made an effort to change his schedule to make it more convenient for us and our toddlers, and he was in and out - no nonsense. He called us immediately when he realized he'd be a few minutes late to our house, so we didn't have to sit around wondering where he was, as we've had to do with other companies (especially DirecTV and Comcast). When he was figuring the estimate, he offered to clean the our kids' rooms for free! It was very affordable, too. He got most of the dog urine smell out of the carpet, which was good enough given the sheer amount of pee that the dogs have put into it over the year. (Papillons are AWFUL when it comes to peeing in the house - they'll pee in front of our doggie door if it's dark out.) I definitely recommend Gary and plan to use him again in the future.

Fantastic service! We purchased a foreclosure and tried to salvage the carpets by having them cleaned. We went with C&G because of all the positive reviews and we are so happy we did! They saved us big $$$ not having to buy all new carpet!!! Gary was super accommodating when we had to change days and was very helpful in rescheduling the new house and the rental we moved out of! They were prompt, thorough, and honest about what they could and could not accomplish. The cost ended up being higher than the on-the-phone ballpark estimate, but that was because there was more square footage than expected. The carpet looks great. It was ready to walk on in just about an hour. Very satisfied.
