They are not even done yet, and I am writing this review completely impressed. By far, this is the best team I have hired to tackle the home of this busy family. They were running a few minutes late and promptly sent a note to let me know. They jumped right in when they arrived and within the first 30 minutes I could feel the difference in my home...They addressed things I did not see myself, let alone expect them to address. It takes a ton to get me to write a review, and they have not missed a beat. I have to truly feel compelled to take the time to craft a review (positive or negative - no in between). I will be using this team again!!! Very professional, extremely thorough, polite and accomodating. Note: I hired them for the deep clean...worth every bit of the extra change!
