Do NOT franchise with Mark and Susan Cashman. They do not pay on time, they do not communicate what accounts have and have not paid, will require you to accommodate unpaid accounts with extra work because they are their “biggest accounts”, Susan does not know how to properly charge for services so you will always be under paid even after fees. C-fees apply to all accounts with them whether the initial finders fee was paid by another cleaner or not. If you come to them with proof of them being wrong then they (especially Mark) will y’all down to you as if you are stupid. They will always tell you to refer to the contract of you are wrong, but the moment you show them that they are messing up then you become a problem for them and they will continue to not fix the problem. You will never afford to hire any staff no matter how long you work with them. I only gave 1 star because I couldn’t leave 0. If you really want to franchise, contact Coverall or Jan Pro. I wish I would have went with them.
