Let me just begin by saying that after my last visit from AmeriClean, I am now a lifelong customer. I have twin four year olds so keeping the carpet clean is no easy task. My first visit from AmeriClean was great. My appointment was scheduled in a prompt manner and the service was professional and excellent. Besides for the normal wear of high traffic areas, it was as clean as the day it was installed. My second visit from AmeriClean wasn’t quiet as seamless. Remember those four year olds? Well, they spilled fingernail polish on that freshly cleaned carpet that had been cleaned less than two months prior. Unfortunately, I tried to clean the stain myself and should have left it to the professionals. Had I done this I have no doubt that they would have done the same excellent job they had done the first time. When AmeriClean came out my husband was told the stain could not be removed but a possible carpet repair could be done. This is what happens when you leave a man in charge of making decorating decisions. Needless to say repairing the carpet was an all around bad decision on everyone's part and it just looked bad. After calling to express my dissatisfaction with what had been done, Sheila promptly came out to my house to see the damage. Honestly, she could have walked away saying that we made the decision to have the carpet repaired and left it at that. But instead she stood by her word of customer satisfaction and when ABOVE and beyond what I had expected to be done. It’s simple. If you want a company that sees you and your family and not dollar signs, there is only one place to go and that’s AmeriClean.

Sheila, the owner, answered the phone personally and was delightful to talk to. The service was fast, prices reasonable and the carpets look great. They will get all my business on my personal and investment properties from here on. It is also evident to me from their website and video that she makes customer service a priority. Americlean is the preferred provider for interior surface cleaning in Hagerstown Maryland. Whether floor or fabric, they have done fantastic work for us. The technician David was courteous, knowledgeable and seemed to enjoy his work while in our home. Highly recommend Americlean.

I recently moved from renting a place in Hagerstown and I was told that this company cleans all of the units when tenants move out. I spoke to someone on the phone to set up the appointment and was recommended the extra $30 pet urine treatment for a small area in the front of my house. I said yes since it was recommended and I figured they do this all the time. The service was fine but a month later my landlord tells me that it still smells overwhelmingly of pet urine and I have to pay to replace the entire floor of carpet even though it was a tiny area that smelled. Obviously your pet urine treatment sucks and you shouldn’t lead someone to pay extra money when the cleaning already costs hundreds if this could possibly happen. I would still give 3 stars for the overall performance except that when I called to talk to the manager about it she was extremely rude, condescending, and not helpful at all. Would not recommend.

I am SO pleased with Americlean. We had a dog who died at age 17, she was so dear but the last year was hard on our wool area rugs. Americlean picked them up, cleaned, deodorized and returned them. They look , feel and smell like new. No “crunchy” residue. I remember now why I loved them and am so happy I had them properly cleaned. Great value and great service. Thank you.
