We were glad to have found a local company to go with. They were able to provide us with same day service, which was very helpful in our situation. Customer service was great! Our tech was courteous and friendly, and worked hard to restore the old carpet in our new home. The before and after photos we took are impressive! I personally don't think a dry chemical cleaning service could have done as thorough of a job. We have previously used both. He also did a demo on our tile floor to show us how much build up your grout gets over time. We plan to do that next. We look forward to continuing service with them on a regular basis!

I called him in the morning time and he missed my call because he was with a client (which I understand) but got back to me extremely fast. Extremely professional and was able to knock it out withen a couple of hours after I had talked to him on the phone. Also you can't beat the price he charges for how good of a job he did for us. I highly recommend this company and will be using them for as long as I have carpet. Oh he also uses an allegy spray which is an awesome bonus!
