Tony and Chris came out to our house during the middle of a storm early in the morning and busted they're butt and did OUTSTANDING WORK. 10/10 Would recommend to any and everyone. In the blink of an eye they fixed the house from a war zone to a royal palace. Great work and even better men.

SERVPRO of south shreveport responded fast to our emergency call and were extremely helpful to our family while we scrambled to make sense of our destroyed home. The crew chief on site (Chris) answered all of our questions and monitored our home for multiple days while it dried out. It's a terribly sad situation when a company will remove the employees who have tried to be faithful and tried to sort out much of the problems that were bringing the business down. Mainly because of a shady GM. Who only wants the owner to see what he wants him to see. If I ever have a situation where I am in need of servepro services, I'll seek business elsewhere, as well as recommend others take their business elsewhere as well! Especially the things that I have heard about the way that people's belongings have been handled, for one! Plus the fact that this particular GM of the south Shreveport location, has taken many liberties with several things, as well as avoiding customers, and not running thing by the policies set fourth by servepro. Apparently Mr. Don Legg you were involved in my spouses termination, according to your GM! Which I am pretty sure is only another lie! But I'm pretty sure that you don't care much about your people either.

We had SERVPRO of South Shreveport come to our Mom's home to assess whether or not we needed to have mold remediation performed in the master bathroom, due to spots on the ceiling from an upstairs bathtub leak (which had been repaired). Kevin, the Manager of SERVPRO responded immediately by phone, and was inspecting Mom's home in less than 24 hours. He was a good communicator, knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to help us solve our concern. They offer free estimates, so there was no charge when he used a tiny camera to look above the bathroom ceiling surface. He found nothing of concern, and honestly assessed that no remediation was needed. I called him back just now, and asked his honest opinion about the duct cleaning, stating that he will get our business either now or when we sell the home. Once again, he told us to wait until right before we put the house on the market. He blessed the Hanson clan today, including our 95-year old mother. We believe in sharing a good word regarding companies such as SERVPRO, and about valuable employees such as Kevin.

Dont return calls, give you the run around for weeks, managers avoid phone calls, there's always "a confusion", owner could care less that his business gives horrible customer service. Manager doesn't even have the decency to return a call and they decline the job by email

I spent all week calling various HVAC and service companies regarding a mold issue in our home. After a no call/no show by a company I've done a lot of business with, and calling multiple companies who told me to call yet other companies, I called SERVPRO. The owner (Don Legg) called me back and took his time to discuss the issue we were having. He ended up telling me it was a common problem and explained how I could address it. It was by far the most courteous and professional call I made all week, maybe ever. Don seems to be one of those rare owners that gives undivided attention to every call that he takes. If I ever need to call for ANY service they provide, I will not hesitate to contact SERVPRO. I feel confident that anyone who uses them will be ecstatic over the initial call alone!

Called Servpro out to check a possible mold issue in my home. The owner Don Legg came out to the house and did an inspection . He checked in my attic and in the area of concern only to tell me I had a very common issue with high ceilings in the South. He provided a solution to my problem. This is our second time using ServePro for water damage to our home. Although our first experience wasn't the best, the most recent experience we had with them was exceptional. They came out and immediately assessed the situation, mapped out the water area and set up appropriate equipment to being the drying process. They monitored the progress daily and did a thorough job. They listened to my concerns and thoroughly checked the floors to ensure they were dry. Mike, the crew chief, went above and beyond and Dominique also did an exceptional job. Would highly recommend if you find yourself in the unfortunate place of needing to have water removed/dried from your home.

I recently contacted SERVPRO of South Shreveport about a lingering smoke odor in my truck. I’ve owned the truck for several years, but have been unable to get rid of the smell of cigarette smoke. They recommended use of their ozone machine which we installed in the truck for several days. Wow! Huge difference in the smell! No more smoke odor. Their ad says “Like it never even happened” and for me, it never even happened. Thanks SERVPRO.
