Horrible customer service, and I'm not really sure they even know how to press shirts!? Come back with wrinkles and starch that is ridiculously too heavy, especially when you ask for MEDIUM starch. I have lost two items, and when they were found instead of offering delivery for my inconvenience I was still asked to pick them up. Attendants are always in a bad mood, would not waste my time or MONEY! I found a new business to give my money to, that's actually worth it!

They provide excellent customer service and is always will to accommodate their customers. Munro's stand behind their brand, their services and their customers. Their quality of work is guaranteed. If you want great service, excellent work, go to Munro's and become part of a dry cleaning family.

Service was good at counter but paid little more than priced on phone got back to camper with 8 welding shirts little starched with no crease in sleeves called they said it cost more to do that called park avenue down road cheaper plus get it how I want with no extra all in house work as well won’t be doing future business sorry munros after 26.00 still gotta come back and get them right! Thanks for the hangers though

Poor service from start to finish. My wife dropped of her wedding dress to be preserved. The attendant had no idea what to even do with all of the items or how to send it off. We are informed it takes about 4 weeks to complete the process. Fast forward 1 month, we still have not heard from Munro's so we call and they inform us that they are not able to locate the dress and that the manager will have to call us back later. The manager finally calls and says they are having difficulty finding the location of the dress. About a week later they finally find it, but it still is not ready and they say they will call whenever the dress has been received and is ready to pick up. Two weeks later, still no call. They instead sent an email saying the dress is ready. My wife picks up the dress and they do offer a discount for their error. They also lost the hanger that we bought for the dress to be on. Will not do business with them again.

I am a preacher and had two suits that were wore out, had stains, I had taken to two other cleaners in town to no avail, and so I was about to trash them. Boy am I thankful I took them to Munros! Came back like they were brand new!!! I couldn't believe it! I'm still in a blessed state of shock and amazement! I thought $13 to clean a suit was a little pricey, but considering I saved $400 from buying two new suits + tailoring I just can't thank Munros enough. The customer service for me was just fine on both my visits and the quality job they did is a huge blessing for this customer! Thank you Munros!!!

Very disappointing wish I can give them a quarter of star had a very important venue to attend over the weekend just passing through decided to drop my clothes off at this cleaner and they said it was delay on whatever they was doing to get it done now I have to miss my event and I'm heading back to Alabama without my clothing. If they couldn't handle the business I feel like they should have took the job very poor service

Edited"***Moved to 3 stars after Rick from main plant called and told me they are going to send my money owed to me by check. BE SURE AND ASK HOW MUCH SOMETHING WILL COST BEFORE USING. My wife had me take a casual dress in.... it cost $25 to dry clean and it probably wasn't worth that much....****" I had called the cleaners in Groves about getting some clothes dry cleaned and asked them for prices and when it could be done. They told me they sent the clothes to Nederland to be processed so I figured that Munro's probably was doing it since they are so big. Well I dropped off my 6 pieces of clothes and asked to have my shirts starched.... they wrote nothing down on my order and grabbed the clothes and took off. I came back to pick up my clothes and they charged me something like $7.25 to dry clean one shirt.... the Groves cleaners quoted me $2.50 per shirt.... It was outrageous what I was charged. I inspected my clothing and found that there was a mans dress pants and shirt in my clothing and had been charged for it.... They may or may not have removed the amount because if was still outrageous.... I got home and asked my wife if there was any clothes in there that were not hers.... there was!!!! There was an extra blouse that I was charged $7 to clean! Well I brought this back to the location and was told they could give me credit but I wanted my money back...because I am NEVER coming here again. They said they couldn't give me money because the manager has to do it.... apparently the manager is only there during the morning hours or something. Well, I don't have time to go fight over my $7 but just let you know the Groves Laundry basket will do it for 1/3 of what Munro's is charging.

So far so good. I haven't encountered any issues as of yet. The staff is always helpful and listens to any concerns that I might have. Munro' s recently developed an app that probably could use some tweaking, but other then that... Great service!
