Hiring Merry Maids was the best decision I've ever made. Not only is the office staff friendly and professional, they continually bend over backwards to make sure my needs are met. The maids are courteous and do everything I ask with no complaint. All in all, I love being a customer of Merry Maids and I will continue to highly recommend them.

Horrible experience! Do not use! I paid $400 for a basic cleaning and I only had 2 requirements. One was to remove a residue left on my concrete floors from a rug and the other was to remove the scuff marks on the concrete floors. Neither of these items were done and no refund was provided. I tired to contact the company representative that setup the appointment and she never returned my messages. I would give them 0 stars if it was an option!

My daughter used this company to clean a home she was getting ready to move into. The home was pretty dirty so she paid a pretty penny so that it would be ready to move into. The job was to take 5 hours and there was a list of things to be done. wash baseboards, dust, clean mini blinds and walls, clean floors etc. This sounds like a lot but this is an empty house and as I said she paid ALOT of money to have it done "professionally". To make a long story short, about 1 percent of this was actually done and they were there for 3 of the 5 hours they should have been there. The security system let us know this. After calling them back they sent another Crew the next day. Again, about 1 percent done. I have called corporate because she doesn't want them back in her home but I feel this is way to much money to just give away. This place is absolutely horrible. I suggest you hire off the street if you need your house cleaned, you have much more of a chance that way.

The two ladies who cleaned the house at 3344 Marjorie were very polite and they cleaned the house thoroughly. I was most impressed with their professionalism. They certainly left a positive impression upon me and if there is a need for professsional cleaning I will certainly chose Merry Maid.

Merry Maids is always professional and courteous. They are reliable and on time. I’ve used them for a couple of years and have not been disappointed.

My house was deep cleaned by Merry Maids and they did a good job so I decided to continue using their service. The next time they came out was a completely different story. It was very obvious that some rooms were not even touched. I emailed the person on my contract packet with my complaint and the long list of things that were not cleaned. I expressed how I was unsure of my decision to sign a contract if this is the level of cleanliness my house was going to receive. I was told during the first initial cleaning that if I notice anything that wasn't clean to call them and they will send someone back out. There was no phone call or email from Merry Maids in response to my complaint but I noticed my credit card was charged for the second half of the deep cleaning (which breaks the contract) and the full charge of the second cleaning. I basically paid ALOT of money to have my house somewhat cleaned and they were not even interested in making it right by contacting me at all. I expected more from this company since it is so expensive. I wont make that mistake again.

A friend of mine used there services recently for a home her grandmother had rented out. The tenants left the house in shambles so my friend wanted to have it cleaned professionally because she decided that she would move in it so that this would not happen again. First off let me say DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! They charged her $450 to literally do nothing. The crew came and cleaned the tub in the master bedroom and that was it...the doors still had dirt on them, mirrors still had remnants from the previous tenants, the floors had not been swept or mopped...the list goes on but this is highway robbery. Keep your money and invite your friends over for a party instead.

I set up to have my house cleaned and the crew was to arrive at 9 A. M.. When I called to see where they were, I was told that they could not get there before 1:30. I said I could not deal with that time and the person answering the phone hung up on me.
