I absolutely adore Ms. Sarah and her daughter, Raykel. We get a weekly service and they always do an amazing job. The house smells clean and leave it with no trace that a shedding Bassett hound lives here. Both show up with big smiles and even came back to see if I was home when I missed my appointment earlier. I would recommend them to anyone looking for help!

The worst, "deep cleaning" blinds still dusty, base boards dry cleaned(apparently vacuumed), wiped my hand across tv stand, covered in dust, kitchen floor full of debris, does not pick up throw rugs, vacuums, I picked up and shaked lightly full of trash. Floor sticky and slippery when I walked in. Window sills just like a left them. Oh did do fine job of making my bed! They did come back after complained, I just let them vacuum and mop again at this point I knew I was not going to get much else. A waste of money!!!

Worst cleaners ever. Very disrespectful. Lazy not professional at all. Would never ever recommend to anyone. Never pick up the office phone when you call. Always told them what was not done never ever will they come back to my house.

They started off cleaning well wiping down everything however after a brief lunch break things slowed up and went in a different direction. After doing an inspection I was disappointed. Everything wasn’t properly dusted, and floors not cleaned well. The team leader had a great attitude despite my complaints. She was willing to make things right. I just want to be able and do a check and not find so many mistakes. If cleaning your profession, let your work speak for itself.

Fired before they even showed up. Was told they would arrive @9am called just after 9 to confirm my appointment. Was told they should be there no later than 930. 10am and no one.. very poor way to run a business. No call no show.

From the quote process to fine tuning desired tasks, Merry Maids aims to please in my case. The office is responsive and easy to work with. The cleaning personnel are capable, thorough and quick. They are also willing to do a variety of tasks other companies would not and that’s why I chose them to clean my house bi-weekly. Oh, and the price was extremely fair.

Service was great at first. They were eager to have my business, they were thorough and did an overall great job. After the first 4 months the quality went down. Multiple occasions I had to call them to come back out and mop my floors because they skipped it. Multiple occasions I had to LEAVE WORK to come home and let them in my house because the person they kept sending out was scared of my dog. They knew I had a dog for months. This past week, I came home floor had not been mopped, mirrors not cleaned, nightstands had uncleaned spots, bags had not been placed in garbage cans, TRASH ON THE FLOOR NEAR TOILET, window seals and blinds dusty. When canceling I got an answering service who didn't even ask why I was cancelling and no call back from merry maids themselves. It's almost as if they know they suck. Don't waste your time and money.

Top to bottom cleaning did not include under the beds, end tables, side of freezer, behind toilets, or edge of fireplace. When I raised this issue with the manager, she said I had to request this despite being told top to bottom including everything.
