Incomplete cleaning service. I am new to this town and i got to know them through my colleague. one man came and he did not clean Microwave, Bathtub, bathroom sink. And even the living area he just mopped did not clean with wet cloth. Didnot vaccum my bedroom...i could see hairs still there. terrible service...Although he stayed cleaning for 2 hours to clean 1-bed, 1-bath, it was not clean and they charged me $155. i was not expecting this from these professional services. i am not going to opt this again

I wish there was an option for negative stars. I was SO disappointed in this service. We hired them for a move-out cleaning, got quoted for an over-prived rate for almost 8 hours, when they only stayed 5. They did not come prepared to clean all that they were hired for and then asked my mother-in-law to drive to the store and purchase oven cleaner because they work on a fixed timeframe. The house was left with dirt on the counters, windows and mantle. There were mudprints on the carpet (which I had personally previously cleaned and still had vacuum marks on it), closets weren't vacuumed and there was cleaning chemical marks on the walls. The work was so unsatisfactory that I had to take pictures as evidence. I don't know how they expected this to be in clean condition, but the owner walked through and was fully satisfied with their work and expects to get full payment - $355 for only 5 hours of work and in fact threatened me over the phone. Not exactly something a business owner should do if they want to gain the customers business. Go somewhere else if you want good service and an actual clean house. 'The Maids' service in Edgewater, MD was much more helpful and friendly.

Disappointing. The trash is not emptied in the kitchen or bathroom (part of the 49 point checklist) and it is not clear that the downstairs bathroom has been cleaned. It is especially disappointing when I see the excellent service others receive. Last month the tiles in the bathroom were not scrubbed.

The woman they sent spent the entire time on the phone. Vacuuming wasn't done, dusting was hit or miss. After contacting company for a discount because I had to essentially clean my house again, they cited "human error" and only allowed a 15% discount. Really disappointing and quite unprofessional.

The initial cleaning was top notch and hit all 49-points on the checklist. Since then it's been fairly disappointing. I'm not sure if they even use actually cleaning supplies to clean the exteriors of the appliances. There are consistently water streaks over them and a greasy residue. The shower and tub tiles consistently are streaked and the fixtures are never wiped. They left a bag of trash on my porch and squirrels or cats tore it up and it was strewn all over. They left gross and stinking wet rags on the floor again it speaks to if they use cleaning supplies. Even after speaking with the manager (Rose) I saw no significant improvements.

I have tried various independent companies and individuals to help me clean our home but it just never worked out. From a dishwasher run without soap and glasses put back in the cupboard with food bits dried on them before a dinner party to a whole flight of stairs and rooms of carpet being skipped over without vacuuming. One woman even tried to climb a decorative ladder on a bookshelf and pulled the railing down causing scratches, dents and damage. I understand stuff happens and nobody's perfect but she could have pulled the whole huge and heavy unit down on herself and really gotten hurt. Shelves can be repaired, people can't. That's when I resigned myself to cleaning the house myself. Tired of not getting to see me between, work, cooking, walking our two dogs, writing and housework, my husband convinced me to try MaidPro... and I'm so glad he did. MaidPro is absolutely WONDERFUL! From the owner to the manager to the lovely young lady who cleans our home, I am so very pleased. They have excellent processes and checklists yet they will customize a cleaning, a schedule and a price just for you. Plus they always leave a note showing what they have done and always ask if they need to do anything more or better. I never have to wonder what I will see when I walk in the door after a MaidPro visit. It's always done right. I have no more clutter stress but most importantly, MaidPro has given me back evenings with my family. Maidpro has been cleaning for us for about 6 months- I have a 3 bedroom 2 bath house and with both of us working 45+ hours per week we needed some help. Maidpro comes once a month and cleans everything!!! My baseboards, floors, bathrooms, toilets etc. my bathtub is spotless. Let me tell you, they have their work cut out for them too bc we are a mess with our clothes and each time the floors are spotless. I was a first-time customer of MaidPro just last week. I had scheduled my first deep clean on Monday. I had wanted them to come Thursday or Friday, but they weren't able to make it, which was unfortunate because I had a birthday party being hosted at my house on Saturday that I would have preferred the apartment be ready for. Instead, I spent the night before doing a deep clean of my apartment myself, leaving a few things untouched so that I didn't feel like I would waste my entire deep clean (which costs slightly over $100, mind you) When they first came out, I immediately noticed areas completely missed. Multiple items on the 49 point checklist were checked off as being done but weren't at all. The level of detail wasn't there, and I noticed that beside the straightening, vacuuming, and moping, all of the "clean" areas were because of what I did over the weekend. Things I purposefully left for them weren't completed. I called and provided feedback, and they were kind enough to send two people out the next day to fix it. I happened to be WFH that day and let them do their job, not interfering and mostly curious what they would do. Although most of the problems were resolved the second time, they still failed to do a handful of things checked off on their list. For example, there was still obvious dirt/residue on counters. The stove top wasn't wiped. The hood vent not dusted. In the corners of the kitchen floor there was still dirty areas. The kitchen table was not wiped. The furniture was not vacuumed. This is all the basics of their checklist. I'm so disappointed by their level of detail, even when they sent out "their best" to fix the mistakes. Their overall clean isn't bad, but if you're looking for accuracy, this may not be your best bet. Best to use this service for what they do best - floors and straightening.

Wish I could choose zero stars! My house was very dirty and I knew it was going to take the pros all day to clean it, and I made it clear that I was willing to pay whatever it took to get it cleaned how I wanted it. When the manager called and talked out the details with me prior to the cleaning she asked which level of clean I wanted, and I chose the "white glove" level. The pros worked diligently however they did not get my home anywhere close to "white glove" clean. Every room had things on their 49 point check list that were completely ignored. After they would finish with a room and I would see something they missed I would ask them to go over it again, but they still wouldn't get it clean so I would end up doing it myself. I felt that I was working almost as hard as them going behind them and finishing up every thing they did. A ceiling fan that I asked her to re-dust twice still threw dust everywhere when I turned it on after they left. I paid extra for things like inside the cabinets and they were not done. However all in all, by the time I had them go over everything and the pros left, I was fairly pleased with their work. I am a college student and am very strapped financially, but I wanted to tip them for their hard work and so I gave them what I thought to be a very good tip. However when the pros were outside packing up they were standing right in front of my open windows bad mouthing the tip and cussing and complaining about how they had been there all day. I heard every word. This mixed with the mediocre cleaning job that I paid almost $500 for, has caused MaidPro to lose me as a customer and I will recommend that my friends and family to choose a different service.s

I used to think paying someone to clean my house was for the rich or lazy however, the hustle and bustle of this NYC life often leaves me running low on free time and energy while dust and grime accumulation is running on high in my home. I've had four pervious experiences with four different cleaning companies and I can without a doubt say MaidPro is by far my best experience. Kemar arrived on time to my home, he confirmed what I wanted done and went into immediate clean mode without pause. I was marveled at his courtesy and professionalism. I had a basic clean which covered one bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room. Kemar cleaned my kitchen so well that my stove top looked as though it was still on display in the show room. My living room was completely flawless! He cleaned stains off my hardwood floors I thought would never disappear. In addition, my living room floors sparkled and shined without feeling slippery like when I do it myself. He changed the shower curtain and hung the new linens in my bathroom using fancy folded designs. In my bedroom I like how he didn't rearrange anything but just made everything neater in their place so I didn't go crazy looking about for anything later. He also left me a cute towel design on my bed like they do in a hotel or a cruise. The attention to detail and the overall level of care exceeded all expectations. There's nothing like coming home to a clean home that smells great and looks impeccable! I sincerely give MaidPro the highest recommendation and I look forward to using them on a regular basis.

I was moving in to a house in mid July. The previous owner had cleaned the house before they moved out. I just want to make sure no spots were missed out and everything was very clean before I moved in, so I scheduled for a cleaning. I found Maidpro on google because of their high ratings. When I called for scheduling, I told the guy on the phone that it was an empty house with 3b 2.5b and I would like them to clean the baths because there were no furniture nor trash in the house. I also mentioned that I had scheduled for carpet washing later that week, so I don't need carpet cleaning from them. Then, the guy told me that their high quality service would wipe from top to bottom to ensure everything is clean and bedrooms have lights and blinds that could be cleaned. So, I said OK and also added the refrigerator cleaning as he suggested. They charged me $280 for 5.5 hours. I moved in 4 days later during that weekend. When I turned on the fan in the living room, the dust fell off all over my new sofa, coffee table, and floor. It was a disaster. All lights and fans were so dusty. The blinds were dusty as well. I had to wipe them myself. Also, the inside of the refrigerator was not cleaned. I was very unhappy about the cleaning. They may do an OK job for regular housekeeping, such as folding beds, dust the desk, dump the trashes, etc. But I would never ask them for move-in or move-out cleaning.

They are not professional and they do a terrible job. I do not recommend this to anyone.They do a superficial job in cleaning. I gave feedback twice since the house was not cleaned, but nothing changed. The floors were dusty and the only thing that was cleaned was the bathroom. I live in a house with no children and no animals (so really easy job), but the maid was not cleaning the floor even if I asked for that. They offered to come back and clean the house the first time, but i said it was ok. When the second time the maid did not clean, I called and asked for a refund. The manager first said it was fair since I already left a complaint, but then changed his minded and only took 20% off. As you can see in the picture, I left a sock under the bed, and some dirt in the dining room. The floor was not dusted, nor vacuumed.

This cleaner was accommodating when it came to scheduling but a bit overpriced for the initial deep clean, especially because I did not get a deep clean whatsoever. Areas in the bathroom and kitchen still had dirt and grime. It was my own fault for not thoroughly checking before The cleaner left but I had just assumed that she would do the job. Maybe if she had stayed off her phone she could have been more focused. As she was cleaning my refrigerator she must have turned off the knob. my refrigerator was working fine before she was there. Even though this was an accident it cost me hundreds of dollars of spoiled food and supplements that need to be refrigerated. I did not notice this until the next morning because after she had left, I left for work since I work a night shift. I noticed the next morning when everything was warm in my refrigerator. I am a very understanding person but mistakes like this can cost people greatly and I will never be returning these cleaners and to my home ever again

They came the first time and did a good job, unfortunately the second time they only completed half of the house, unlike the first visit which they completed the entire house. I asked the workers why they were leaving my house half cleaned, at which time they stated that we only paid for an hour and half. This makes no sence considering the house was cleaner the second time they came. I called the office to express my half cleaned house, only to be met with a very rude person on the other end. Instead of becoming belligerent, you might want to consider providing your customers options to a clean house, not leave them flat right before a holiday weekend.

Today Natasha cleaned our house and did a wonderful job. In addition to the usual set of tasks, she even cleaned out the dust bunnies under the bed, and wiped down all the ceiling fan blades. I'm very sensitive to some cleaner scents and she was very careful on that score. The house was spotless!

This may not sound like a positive review, but it is! I started using Maid Pro in August, I think. A team of two came for several weeks. I was not happy, but I stayed in communication, each time answering the survey and/or calling/emailing the office and voicing what I needed to. I never felt snubbed and thought that they were very responsive to my feedback. I still was not happy and asked for someone else. So now I have had the same person probably for the last 6 or 7 cleanings. I love her! If I had used an individual, I would not have had anyone else to give my requests/complaints to, and I would have had to find someone else myself. I think their business practices are great - very customer oriented. I think that the first pair and I were just not a good match. Also, I had asked for my ceiling fans to be cleaned. We have high ceilings. They look out for the safety of their clients, so the owner came to clean my fans. We have 5 of them in the house, so it took a while. When he was finished, I asked him how much more that would cost and he said NOTHING! I am a happy camper! Use them and speak up if you have additional requests, or don't feel satisfied about something.

Sorry I called them - My initial cleaning with them, which was a few months back was good. However today, I got a message saying that they had to stop an hour into cleaning because of bees flying around (I didn't notice that and had left a 1/2 before they came, but then again I had just opened my window) and some clutter in the home (which was way over exaggerated and was no different then from the time when I had the initial cleaning months ago). I personally think that they just didn't feel like doing the job (the cleaning lady was sitting out in her car quite some time talking before she came in). I was also surprised at the lack of progress in cleaning that TWO maids in my home had completed in an hour where as the ONE which they sent to my home last time did much work and was more efficient. It's been two days since the maids were at my home and I haven't seen any bees not even one. They also charged my card before the services were complete, waiting to hear from them to see when they will refund me 3 hours of the cleaning. Will never use them again.
