I was not at all satisfied with my experience with geauxmaids. Almost a year ago I scheduled an appointment with them. The first time I scheduled, the cleaning lady told me she would not come at the time I scheduled her for and was furious I wouldn’t change the time. I tried explaining to her that my husband works nights and I needed her to come in the afternoon so he could sleep in the morning, but she refused to come at the agreed upon time. Next, I was scheduled again and the cleaner did not show up. Then came the worst part. I was very frustrated with the company so I called to cancel. They convinced me to give them one last try. I did and the cleaning was decent, but a day or so later my husband realizes he can’t find our iPad Pro. For a while I told him he must have misplaced it, but he was adamant. So soon after I cleaned every part of my house to find it. I turned my home upside down and looked everywhere. The iPad was no longer in my house. I cancelled my next appointment and decided to just be done with the company. A few months later (maybe May) I was looking for a new cleaner when I posted a review. The owner of the company called me, and asked that I give him time to look into it. To this day he has still not called me back or given me any information. I’ve called the main office so many times the ladies know who I am as soon as I call. I am frustrated, because I gave the owner a chance to make it right, and i cannot get a response. I would not go with geauxmaids.

If I could give 10 stars I would- best decision I ever made! With a nonstop work schedule, my house had become a overwhelming and unmanageable cleaning task and has constantly left me feeling stressed, overwhelmed, and unable to focus! However, hiring someone to help just made me feel lazy, so I let the cleaning tasks continue to pile up on the back burner and hated being at my home and avoided having anyone over! Chuck came and without judgement assured me everything would be ok! He took his time with every room and treated it with the same care he would show his own. After Chuck was finished, I took a look around at the glowing floors, polished furniture and gleaming kitchen counter all previously cloaked by the dust ever-present and strewn with the detritus of a busy life. Not to mention- my bathrooms had never been so clean in my life! I could draw an easy breath and immediately get a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. I knew living in a house in constant need of cleaning was stressing me out, but I didn't realize just how badly until the worry was lifted. I’ve never been so happy! Thank you Chuck and Geaux Maids- Y’all are AMAZING!

When I spoke with Management to request only her for all future cleanings, they stated I would be accommodated which I love. Other Cleaning Services I have used were not as thorough as this company or willing to accommodate the customers whom are paying for the service. Geaux Maids went above & beyond to accommodate us. I would definitely recommend this company!

These folks are very professional and are willing to work with me on scheduling. Jamie always calls me when she's on the way, and she does a WONDERFUL job cleaning my house. Last time, I got to meet the supervisor and another cleaner. The supervisor is well organized, and the other cleaner did a good job as well. (Forgetful me didn't get their names... I apologize!) If you are looking for a cleaning service, give them a try!
