Hard to get any repairs. This week I sent in a shirt with a hole in it again and put a big zip tie thru it and pulled it to gather and it still cam back with the hole and zip tie still in it.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Too bad 0 stars isn't a option bc they definitely deserve that rating. Impossible to deal with. Will tell you whatever you want to know while ordering but once uniforms come in they "forgot" anything they promised when you ordered. Don't bother.

This company had the account for my husband's shipyard. I hated using them. Most of the time I washed his clothes at home, but if items became torn, burned, worn out or just needed to be replaced, I'd mark tags and send them in. I can't tell u how many times they didn't send back the same amount of clothes or they didn't mend (fix) the issues. Heck one time my husband got back his clothes and they stunk like dirty socks. Finally because of all the complaints, the shipyard quit using this company.

I would never treat a customer the way I have been consistently treated. There is always a new excuse, but we are the customer. Look around before you use them.

Customer service wouldn't give the last name of my account representative. They have raised the prices three times over the last year because we won't sign an agreement. Price increases have totaled over 12% for this year. I've also spoken to former employees in the past and they aren't fond of the management practices at Cintas. I would not recommend them as a uniform service provider.

The pay is awful. Its sad when you have been there 5, 10, or 15 plus years and someone they just hired is making the same or even more because they raised the pay due to no one liking to work for them so they got desperate and raised the pay. I believe if they raise the hiring pay that everyone should get some sort of a raise as well. They put their time in, now do your job and make it equal.
