This is a horrible cleaning service. They had no vacuum or step ladder. They didn't clean anything above eye level. I got a refund and a reclean but that 200% guarantee never happened. They used my furniture as their step ladder. Unprofessional all around. Move on, trust me.

I hired them to clean my daughters moble home due to guest staying over the weekend. I read the website carefully to make sure I would not expect more than what they would be required to do. After I saw what was done, I would call it half way done. Dusting, vacuming and mopping may have been done in some places, but certainly not in all. You could tell that even small items were not moved. Just a little disappointed since I picked a Louisiana company over Merry Maids.

Hired them for a deep clean of our newly purchased house prior to us moving in. Found numerous things that were not cleaned (including old toothbrushes and toothpaste left in a drawer). Floors were still very dirty, baseboards were not wiped down, cabinets still dirty. Basically, we paid for a deep clean and got a very superficial clean.
