This is the 3rd time over the past several years that we've called Terry to clean our carpets. He's very professional, courteous, friendly, and attentive to detail. A perfectionist. He stays with a job as long as it takes. That's why we keep calling him back!

Terry was very professional, courteous, timely, and affordable. My son had a terrible virus in the middle of the night that left our carpet a disgusting mess. I called Terry the next morning with the 911 situation. He was at my doorstep within an hour despite the fact that he was located over 30 minutes away! He cleaned and sanitized the carpet in less than 45 minutes. There was no trace of the horrible virus nor was there any residual "chemical" or perfumed masking odor left behind. Just clean, non-stained, sanitized carpet that dried very quickly. He basically erased the nightmare of a situation in that room from the night before. I was able to rest comfortably knowing that he had removed all signs of the virus from our carpet. He made my life so much easier that day. I would not hesitate in hiring Affordable ChemDry again.
