Have not done business with them and will not. They left a flyer on my door despite TWO large, obvious, very clear signs indicating "No Soliciting" desired from ANY source. Further, the flyer they left states, "All Employees Wear ID Badges" and my door cam video clearly shows that while wearing what is probably a uniform, the person who left the flyer was not wearing an ID badge. Maybe they had a badge, maybe not, but I would not hire anyone who will not respect clearly posted requests on private property.

When the techs got here, Sean (I think that's his name) came inside and we discussed the details on which windows I wanted done. He checked the windows, calculated the costs and I was amazed. The cost was extremely fair, and the guys did a magnificent job. I have already given a recommendation to some friends. I love my clean windows and I thank Window Genie and Sean for everything!

May 2019: After seeing the new owner Ryan Kenimer's reply to my post, I came here to change the rating. Then, I started reading other reviews and noticed that there are quite a few reviews left by people with the last name, Kenimer. Looks like couple of them were left right after I left mine. I don't think having family members to put up reviews to boost one's reputation is exactly ethical. Maybe it's not illegal, but one thing remains the same for me after seeing this. Window Genie does not feel like a transparent company that I would confidently use or recommend to others. February 2019: This original review below is on Window Genie Lexington and from 2016. It got conveniently removed even though this new listing has the same company name, address, and crew pictures... Their Yelp listing somehow got marked as closed as well. "Someone gave us the name and number of DAVE BOWEN who works at Window Genie. We called the number that was given to us and scheduled him to clean our Windows. He showed up at our house in a WINDOW GENIE truck and cleaned our windows, the job was not stellar and all our 25 windows fold in so very easy to clean... I have 2 complaints: 1) as he was doing our windows, he was using filthy water that would drip down on our white wood work--residue was left I had to clean and 2) a few months after he cleaned our windows, my husband noticed "7" of the screens from the outside were not snapped in they were bulged out on the corners so he asked me to call him to come fix this (as it was not like that prior to having our windows cleaned)! I called DAVE BOWEN with WINDOW GENIE twice, each time he said he would come the next day and never showed up. Then he stopped returning my calls so I called window genie---they said they have nothing to do with it because although Dave Bowen works full-time for them, we called him directly. I said well then why is he driving YOUR Window Genie truck and they said he is not supposed to. He is giving False advertising for a less than adequate job! Do not use EITHER!--hire someone else, what horrible customer service for $180.00. By the way he has you make the check out to, "Affordable Windows" even though he drives a Window Genie truck and parks it in your driveway!"

Took 3 requests to get a printed receipt of the office. Unreal!!!! But the gentleman that did the pressure washing did a good job. Yes I would if needed use them again But I would request a paper receipt to be brought with the person doing the job!!!

I was introduced to Window Genie when I purchased a groupon to have my gutters cleaned. I was pleased with the work that was done. If you have a question, the owner himself, Ryan Kenimer, will return your call! He offers excellent customer service, and takes pride in all his jobs. Another nice note.....once you have used their services, they offer you discounts on future service. I'm planning to have some pressure washing done in the near future. I highly recommend this company.

The guys they sent out, Seth and Jose, were great. But I had specifically asked for a particular service, and when they got here, they had been told to provide a different one. I had to wrangle with their manager to get what I had repeatedly asked for in writing. That settled, they did a great job. Over and above.
