We came home from vacation to a flooded basement where our water heater had burst. It was 9:30pm in a Sunday and ServePro was at our home by midnight and worked through the night removing our contents and working to dry out the water. They handled everything that we needed and with a smile and pleasant demeanor. They kept us calm and made us feel comfortable even though they were up all night long, and they continued to come by our home daily to check on us and the progress of drying out the water. We highly recommend this company to anyone who has experienced water or any other unexpected disaster.

On several occasions our bathroom shower unit was not installed properly by Servpro hardin county. After six months of installation the walls began to bubble in several areas and was not sealed properly. They came to fix it but in 3 months it happened again but on two entire walls. We contacted them again and they never returned call nor contacted us back. We lived with our shower unit wall opened up and water started coming to back. The wall tile in areas where they filled came totally apart. We then contacted the manufactureres from American Bath and they sent us new walls. We had to pay $450 for shipment from California. We found a local contractor and found out that when Servpro our walls on they did not use proper sealant listed on instructions and it was not laid on walls right and not enough. After one year and a half we finally have professionals correcting their error from who they used as a subcontractor who complained the whole time it was hard for him. That's a clue he didn't know what he was doing. In addition, they stole all my shoes that were supposed to be cleaned several large black bags were never returned and they took them. We had so much items and they came 3 months later with our wedding photos that they found. We will never recommend them to anyone.
