I had a water pipe burst in my partially finished basement and water ran for several days before I discovered it -- approximately 22,000 gallons of several days! I called ServePro and within hours Don was at my place advising what needed to be done. The Restoration crew, Korey, Josh, Dylan, Dakota and Mark were all friendly, hard-working, courteous and very respectful as they "dug out and dried out" my mess of a basement. I chose to have ServePro rebuild the finished part of the basement and then decided to finish the entire basement using their crew. The Rebuild crew, Michael, Mike and Jim were amazing to work with and treated me like family. They listened to what I wanted, offered suggestions and completed the job, being even more detailed and meticulous than I would have been. I could not be more pleased with how everything turned out and will not hesitate to refer ServePro to anyone that would need their services. Thanks again, guys! You rock!
