I was very disappointed in the service we received and I would not recommend this company. The first technician we were assigned would call and say he was going to be there at a specific time and then not show up. When I would call him, he would give me another time frame such as 30 minutes and then not show up for 2 hours. I asked for a new tech and while the next was more reliable, he also was not the best. I do have to thank him that he found several places that had damage that the first tech completely missed on the initial report. But he too missed several areas in our basement ceiling that had damage. The first tech also caused additional damage because he did not put a pan under a dehumidifier on our hardwood floor and it leaked onto the floor. The second tech brought in an extractor and extracted a TON of water from the hardwood. The hardwood wasn't even mentioned as an issue in the first tech's report. Even after a pan was put under the dehumidifier in this area, it almost overflowed several times and each time the tech asked me if I had a shop vac he could use because he didn't bring his. The first time we did have one we had borrowed and we allowed him to use it. The second time was at the end of the job and he didn't bring a shop vac to pull the water from the pan and we no longer had the borrowed one. Therefore he attempted to move the pan by himself and spilled water all over the hardwood and carpet that had just been dried! Again, I would not recommend using Servpro based on this experience. UPDATE: It's been 3 weeks and I was never contacted. I guess I shouldn't be surprised. Very disappointed in this company and their lack of customer service.

Call Jeremy Adams at SERVPRO. He was at my house within just a couple of hours after my call and had my issue diagnosed very quickly. Also, the person that he sent out to do the work was on time and professional. I was completely satisfied with both the price and the quality workmanship.
