Very interesting company. I would say they are a little racist. They do hire other cultures and yes promote them however they give them the most farthest accounts or the accounts with the worst or lacking decent hours. The pay is pretty much set you will only be given a raise if you take on a bunch of accounts. Typically 3-4 in one day. And you have to drive your car. You don't even get a company car. Sometimes the accounts are close but most times they are. What ever account you take is what your stuck with. You can not transfer. You have to be stuck where you are. They have no other ethnic groups working in the office. It is all whites only. Accounts have a high turn over and the company is struggling to gain solid accounts that last more the 2 hours bringing in only a net growth of $130-$165 bi weekly.

The boss Doris will act like she cares and will work with you if something comes up but she will turn around and place another person in your job. I would not work for this company if you have bills and when I text Doris and ask her about my job she never did text back or called. So watch out for DORIS
