The technician was super nice and it only took him about 30 minutes to do two small rooms. They were quite pricey though. $170 for two rooms, where the biggest room was 12x13 and I didn't have the furniture moved. Probably won't use them again solely because of the prices.

I made an appointment online to have my draperies cleaned and had to change the time. I called the 800 number and was able to change the day and time without any problem. The gentleman called me on the day of the appointment and arrived at the appointed time. They were informative and gave me the quote, along with a "holiday" discount. They wrote up the paperwork and took my drapes. They came back, 1 week later, at the correct time and re-hung the drapes. They look beautiful (and smell great). All I can say is.....PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. I will definitely refer you guys to my friends and family and of course will use you again, when the time is needed.

Needed our annual dryer vent cleaning for our condo HOA, and this was our first time calling COIT. Had a 9am-noon appointment window, and they called around 8am to say they had a cancellation and would it be ok to come at 8:30? We agreed, and they were at our door at exactly 8:30. Both guys were tidy and professional, and they cleaned the vent from not only the inside but also from the condo rooftop (a first for us) and reported on their findings. Finished up in less than half an hour, and told us that they automatically send certification to our HOA on our behalf. Highly recommend.

I had coit come out and clean my ducts the week before Christmas, I had just closed on a new house. I spent 400$ and they didn’t even clean all of my vents. I removed the vents 3 days later to paint and sand the floors and there is still built up residue in my vents (not just normal dust.) I have called coit and emailed them and no one has returned my call. I WILL NEVER USE COIT AGAIN AND IF YOU WANT CLEAN VENTS YOU SHOULDN’T EITHER. I have attached a picture of what it looks like after they have “cleaned my vents.” Coit is a rip-off.

This was not the experience I expected at all. I contacted COIT to clean an area rug in our living room and a nursery chair we were moving from my daughter's room to the new baby's room. While the gentleman who came out to the house was very nice and as helpful as he could be, I quickly learned that COIT only brings one type of cleaning agent with them which is deemed too abrasive for some materials (including linen..the fabric of the nursery chair). He tried to at least remove some of the stains off the chair, but was afraid it would ruin it and did not continue. I respected his decision to not ruin our furniture but was frustrated that COIT as a company does not arm your employees with better cleaning tools. Also, we found out a few hours after he left that some of the cleaning agent had spilled on our expensive carpeting where he cleaned the chair and left a very noticeable bleach stain. Awesome. The area rug he cleaned was in better shape but the cleaning agent did not clean out some pet stains which prompted us to call COIT in the first place. I am very disappointed COIT does not do a better job at discussing exactly the types of materials they can clean and the cleaning agents they use BEFORE they send someone to your house. Will not use you again.

I paid $125 to clean three area. The carpet was about 10 years old, but still in a good condition. We just want to clean the juice / coffee stain, and Dave did an excellent job to clean it all. Horrible experience. Three visits and more phone calls than I can even count to schedule color-sealing for my bathroom floor. I had the estimator out, spoke with the manager Jim and everything was ready to go. I had a plumber remove my toilet the day of the service to ensure the color sealing would have full coverage. The technician showed up, asked to see the bathroom as he was skeptical he could do the procedure. He looked, said, "Nope. Can't be done. I thought so because the estimator that did yours often makes this same mistake". Thanks Coit! I love paying a plumber $275 to pull up my toilet for nothing. Overall, a terrible, terrible experience.

After a recommendation and google search COIT was my choice to clean the kitchen floor. The company sent supposedly an expert to provide a quote. It was higher than I expected but thought they will do a better job. After the actual staff came in to clean the floor I had another story and different cost. It was more than double the quote initially they gave. Started hearing how bad the floor and damaged and the person gave the quote is not an expert. I started hearing “he” and “they” as they are not the same company. This is happen more and more. You get a quote for a job and when they arrive they try to squeeze more money. Honestly the floor was not any better after the cleaning. They did a good job on the grout cleaning. After little traffic on the floor start showing prints. No polish or seal occurred. Be ware when you hire COIT ask for all the details and steps they will take to clean. Their quote was not clear what they will actually do and I believe on purpose.

Overall the service was okay. The guy was early and the work went quickly. One thing that bothered me is the 2 hour window for setting up an appointment. Just give me a scheduled appointment. It's like dealing with the cable company. The other disappointment was the repeated reassurance that Coit's cleaning process and products worked on pet stains, even after I told them I had a cat. Not a chance. Not even a little bit better. I would have greater respect for a company that is just honest and doesn't waste my money. Coit, stop kidding yourself, your products and service don't work on pet stains.

They came out on time. Called prior to getting to my property, gave me a quote that was honored. The grout in this property had not been cleaned for 10 years by tenant. It was black and covered in mold. Coit worked on it for much longer than typical and was able to return the grout to white. I was so relieved and pleased. Our new tenant had seen it prior to cleaning and thought we had replaced the tile and grout. The carpets were also cleaned very well. We will be using Coit again!

Coit Carpet cleaning service was very satisfactory and the operator paid attention to details without being told. I had removed all smaller furniture items from my rooms, there was no clutter anywhere, which was appreciated, and the operator had to move only the couch (on rollers) and one lazy boy chair, the other I had moved in the kitchen. I stored all other things in my garage in preparation for the cleaning and I put everything back when the carpet was dry. The house smelled fresh and clean after the shampooing.

I was disappointed that the information that I conveyed to the scheduler about what I was needing was not conveyed to the man that came to clean. I had a particular issue with cleaning liquids and toothpaste spilled on my carpet by my rambunctious grandchildren. He was completely unaware of this and told me he would do the best he could but could not guarantee the stain or odor would be removed. He did an adequate job but the odor remains. I had called Coit specifically because I thought they specialized in restoration work.

My carpets were cleaned on Monday the 13 He didn't move the furniture when he cleaned the carpet. it doesn't smell fresh like when Stanley St cleaned it. It smell musty still and has dirt spots still in dinning room. I wasn't even told about the extra fee charges and when the total came to 137 and some change without doing the couch. He told me 113.00 for the couch is that at 40% off. The table had not been moved and the necklace still on the floor. Between the couch and table half of the living room not cleaned. It needs to be redone now I have a musty order I didn't have before.

Total waste of my time. I asked to get a quote for a duct and carpet cleaning for a house one of my clients just bought. So I drive 30 miles each way for the appointment with their estimator. He was on time and called also to say how far out he was. He went through the house, did his looking and wrote up a quote with acceptable pricing for the job and left. I called in to schedule the work to be done 2 days later. I drove again 30 miles each way to meet the technician to do the duct cleaning. He also called beforehand and was on time. He came to the house looked at the furnace in the attic and said: Sorry we cannot do attic furnaces. And as quickly as he arrived he left. Why did the estimator not see that? Why was my time wasted a 2nd time? I asked to speak to a manager about that and have never heard back other than from a guy named Jim, who keeps calling to schedule an appointment...... Don't waste your time on these guys.

The Tech called ahead and told me what time he expected to arrive. He was on time. He got right to work and scrubbed the rugs. I think set-up and clean-up took longer than the two bedrooms and hall. He moved furniture and worked hard. I think that the final results will only be known after some time has elapsed. My experience with rug cleaners is that sometimes the rugs stay clean, and sometimes old dirt spots emerge again because the cleaning wasn't as thorough as it should have been. But this fellow certainly seems to have done it all correctly! A week has elapsed and unfortunately, some of those spilled coffee spots have re-emerged. But the wear and tear heavy-traffic spots look better than I had expected.

My experience had some miscommunication between admin scheduling and service providers in the beginning. When I expressed concern, the director of ops Josh contacted me immediately and everything went fantastic from there. He was timely, professional, and genuinely wanted to make things right. His staff (Craig and Drew I believe) cleaned our air ducts and were true professionals and deserve a pay raise. I had to leave them unattended in my home in order to pick my son up from school in time, but they were so friendly I wasn't concerned about leaving them. If I could give zero stars, I would.. We had our air ducts supposedly cleaned by Coit over a year ago. Paid over 600.00 & that was with a coupon with 30% off so I couldn't imagine paying full price for the crappy service and cleaning job they did. They wasn't even at my home for an hour. Very quick, poor job. And we have a total of four floors in our home. I called them back out within a week, after changing the air filter 2 different times in less than 5 days and both filters coming out completely black. I was told that was normal after having air ducts cleaned..Ummm I don't think So. If they were cleaned properly then there wouldn't be anything black left in the air ducts. We seriously noticed NO difference in the amount of dust throughout our home after having them come out. The second time they came out, they were only at our home for 10 mins and all they supposedly cleaned the second go around was the furnace area, because the second guy said the first guy that did the original first time cleaning "must have forgot". This company is not what it says it is. I called again after the second visit to explain how disappointed I was with their job and the lady on the phone was very rude and made it clear, "they would not be coming back out". PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE HIRING THIS COMPANY... Not worth the headache and definitely not worth the 600.00 I paid....

Technician on time, went to work immediately. Did not put down floor covering in the entry hall, nor wipe up the wet when he was finished. Couch pillows did not even look as though they were cleaned although we watched while he was treating them; two pet stains and normal soiling along edges still there. Upholstered top of cedar chest looked blotchy and color looked faded, unlike before the cleaning. Dining room chair had a vegetable stain which we agreed ahead of time would be difficult to remove - he did not charge us for that part of the job. I had a 50% off coupon (NY sale). Technician said that was already factored into his estimate. Perhaps? Wood trim on couch, chair and cedar chest was left dripping water. Sorry, not at all what I had expected.

I had my ducts cleaned. Don't listen to the salesman and all the blah about trained. The equipment was outdated and the end was a single rubber thread. It wasn't any reverse negative pressure. I can't really ask them to clean it again because I think the problem is their lack of equipment. I thought by paying more with them I would get a more professional job. Really pay attention to what equipment is being used too. I think paying $300-400 ought to be the better than this.

We started seeing spots come back up right away but I just had to shampoo them again because I couldn't stand how they looked. The carpet was also very hard and crunchy after the coit cleaning. I do not recommend this cleaning service. The first year, they cleaned my summer slip covers well. The second year, the sofa slip cover was badly shrunk. I called a technician. The technician agreed it had shrunk (and ripped a seem trying to get it to fit). The office said it was my fault because 1) I was supposed to leave the slip covers on the furniture for them to be cleaned (a piece information they did not give me either this year or last; 2) that all fabric shrinks at least 1%, another piece of information they did not give me either this year or last; 3) that the slip covers must have shrunk in my closet (!). The manager was extremely unhelpful, and, raising her voice, said, "It's your furniture! Take some responsibility!" Amazing.

COIT has a lot of work to do on their front desk and customer service. Hired them to do 3 things, carpet and floor, HVAC and dryer vent. Neither was done right the first time - they are quick to find fault with the property vs their work. Dryer vent- cleaning, the first technician ended up packing the vent with lint vs cleaning it- second guy cleans but finds fault with the builder- REALLY! with the carpets, edges and corners were missed- the response, was I need to go to realtor who sold me a house with a ton of pet hair - REALLY!!! I had to pay a fee again for them to come out and clean what should have been done the first time- i know for a fact he missed it as his 'wand' does not get the edges- he had to use a different option. HVAC- comes back and says, guess we missed some spots?? I am yet to get an apology from them and I am not convinced the dryer was done right- will be getting it verified and if not ok, will report COIT to the better business bureau!

When I first booked an appointment for an estimate, I was told if I picked a particular date they could stay and do the work same day. So I picked that day in order to only have to take one day off from work. However, when they showed up the technician said he didn't have the time or equipment available to do the work that day, so I had to reschedule and take a second day off work. They also told me they'd call to confirm what time they would show up for the work, but I never got a call and was caught off guard when they showed up at 8:45am with no warning. Again, work was good at a good price, but be prepared to run into scheduling issues.

He only went over them once, even after I said that they should be gone over at least 2 or 3 times. Also carpet was left very wet with almost no sucking up of water. I can't give them 5 Stars because of 3 Reasons 1.) I called them to confirm an appointment time in the A.M., and they told me they were on the way, they didn't show up until the afternoon. They reason was that they mixed up the schedules. 2.) When they arrived, there equipment on the truck broke down, and the exhaust filled the entire house with smoke from the exhaust. 3.) They did not have the tools to fix the problem with the machinery on hand , I had to supply them with the necessary tools. As for the technicians, they cleaned the carpet well, their cleaning process does remove glue or dried up paint that's on the carpet. They recommended to use Goof-off for that, which worked well.

About 1/2 hour before they were due, Walt and Arlen called to say they were just starting a job and would be to my house within 45 minutes or so. They arrived, introduced themselves, and had correct clothing identifying them as Coit employees. After asking where the dryer and vent were, I explained a problem we had inside the dryer with accumulation of lint that I was unable to remove because of not having proper tools and being too short. Walt brought in an industrial vacuum and cleaned out the dryer completely. Then he turned the dryer on and both Walt and Arlen pulled out all the lint thru a vacuum from the outside vent. They completely cleaned out all the lint I could not get. These guys were so professional, polite as well as nice. Thanks to these excellent service people, my dryer is good to go for another year and I am not afraid of starting a fire in my dryer. We had a bad experience with COIT. We may be the exception. When we asked for a supervisor to review the work done, the workers called the cops on us. In the next couple of weeks came summons to small claims court. All this over asking for a supervisor before we pay for the services rendered. Please be careful not to sign any letter of agreement that has clauses which prevent you from putting a customer review online or sharing your experience if friends or neighbors ask. Since I posted this review, both parties have resolved our differences to our satisfaction.

I work for a pediatric dentist, we are on the second floor and have meter parking. The first time one year ago we used COIT they didn't bring a portable cleaner but luckily was able to get a spot out front. They were very nice however the stains in the carpet came back up after 2 weeks. But since their customer service was so nice I decided to give them a second chance and one of our other locations even used them. I scheduled an appointment for them to come out on a Saturday, the window was from 10:00am-12:00pm I scheduled it weeks in advance so it was on a day we were closed. We got all the furniture off the carpets prior to the appointment. I came in on Saturday my day off, live 30 minutes away, had to bring my 2 year old daughter with me. at 12:00 after already being here for 2 hours the tech calls me and says he's on a huge job and cant get here till 2:00. I said that's unacceptable I cant stay that long and I cant come back. They had no other techs to send out and said they'd schedule me on a day that works for me. They also informed me that the tech was late to work that day so that was why he'd be super late getting to me. So now his tardiness effects me, my daughter, my time and my employers money. All a huge waste of time and money. They refused to discount the invoice due to their mistakes and their irresponsible employee so I cancelled the rescheduled appointment and our 8 location business will never use their services again. The Coit Servicemen were prompt and professional but we spent $800 to have our air ducts cleaned. We have a 5 bedroom home with over 40 registers and returns but the cleaning produced a very small amount of dust and debris (less than 1/2 pound one one air filter). The servicemen were done in 2 hours. This is the first time in 19 years we have hired a duct cleaning service and it will be the last. Either we have the most amazingly clean house ever(doubtful) or this service isn’t worth the result. It just wasn’t worth the money.

Excellent phone service but that is it. My good quality carpet is 19 months old with an excellent stain master protection. The laborer with a language barrier explained that the steam cleaning would strip the factory stain resistance protection that made virtually any spot come clean. I even cleaned up spilled wine. The man said I would need the Coit stain resistance application after the cleaning for additional cost. I purchased it, I asked how it would compare to the factory protection and he could not answer or tell me how It performs so I asked him who would know and he said he didn't know. My family room and stairs cost $160.00 and that was with 40% off. This was super expensive for one room and stairs! The quality of the cleaning is very poor. Even with warm days it took 24 hours to dry and it still looks soiled In the traffic pattern. When the worker was on site and it was wet it looked clean. Now that it's dry, it still looks soiled ! I need to call . I am NOT happy that the carpet still looks dirty AND now my factory stain protection is removed so I am positive the carpet will soil again quickly or attract dirt.

My technician showed up on time and introduced himself and the process he would use. He worked steadily and was done in just an hour. He then showed us the filter and all the dirt it trapped. Thirty years worth of bad air gone in an hour! I would highly recommend this, especially if you bought an old home and dust is everywhere all the time.

Unless you're going off a friends recommendation you're crossing your fingers and hoping you picked the right company. I'm here to tell you going with Coit is the right move. From the woman on the phone to Greg who came out to give us an estimate and the 2 men that did the work, it was perfect. I had all the air ducts and dryer vent cleaned. Professional and efficient! We have cats and dogs and they were extremely considerate and patient as I moved them from one room to another so they could finish the job. The difference we saw in the air ducts day one was amazing. Though this was the only service we used, I imagine that whatever you need them to do the results would be as good.

9/2016 Technician was scheduled between 1030-1230; at 1245 he called to say he'd been held up at the prior customer ("they didn't tell me it would be such a big job") and promised to be at my house by 2. Arrived at 1:45, still complaining about the fact that COIT didn't tell him how big the prior job would be. We had a minor dispute about the charge: I had understood it was $100; he said it was $125 which included the service fee. He did a fabulous job cleaning a very grimy hallway rug; the best anyone's ever done. However, he left our garden hose strewn across the lawn, left our front door wide open, didn't tell my spouse that he was done and was leaving, and failed to leave a receipt. So technically, he was great, but someone needs to help him work on the full service aspects.

Danny (??) did a good with the carpet and certainly seemed to understand his trade. My only disappointment was when the job was estimated, the estimator offered to include the steam cleaning of my shower and a quick steam wash of the tub in the guest bath. Neither of these happened. Danny said steam was not the right solution for the shower and that COIT never did spray cleaning of tubs. So two of the points that sold the job could not be performed. Hmmm...

Have had COIT do blinds and drapes and the work has been great. I was pleased to see a 40% off coupon for any service so I scheduled carpet cleaning. He gave us 40% off for one room and the rest was billed at what was I guess the regular price. His work was just OK. Didn't spend any extra time on the pet stains which I noted for him. Interesting that he told me one would not come out but I used a pet stain remover after he left and I got the stain out. I really expected better!
