I've been nesting (if your pregnant then you know the struggle) and I woke up this morning and really needed my carpets cleaned TODAY lol they weren't bad by any means, but I have two small boys...need I say more?.. I got on Google and came across Braxton Cleaning Solutions. I called this morning and THANKFULLY they offered to clean my carpets the SAME DAY! Gary called and asked if he could come an hour early, uhm YES! He was polite and worked fast and efficiently. He even offered to move some furniture around or out of the way! Braxton Cleaning Solutions is incredible. My mom is 84 and she lives in Eastgate on her own. Christmas Dinner is always at her house and it snuck up on us this year! I realized we forgot to schedule the carpet cleaners and we were probably out of luck because it’s just a few days before the big Holiday. I called Braxton Cleaning Solutions just thinking I would give it a shot. They were completely booked but scheduled her anyway, once I explained her situation. She has a very large family and 3 little dogs, so getting the carpets cleaned was pretty important. The only person they had available was Derek Daniels their Operation Manager. HE WAS AWESOME!! He called my mom to let her know he would be there shortly and called me to let me know that he would take good care of her. And that he did!! MY MOTHER IS THRILLED!!! She has a new friend and I can assure you she will using Braxton again and again. It was by far the best service and the best results she has ever had! We completely recommend Derek and his team!! Guys showed late, which was okay because they called ahead. But then they were very rushed and did a HORRIBLE job. In my living room, they went so quick I had to ask them to go over it again. In the end, they basically transferred the dirt from our high traffic areas into streaks across my carpet. It looks worse than before. I thought at first it would look better when it dried (which took a few days to dry completely). However, once I realized those dirt streaks weren't going anywhere I called to see if they could come out and re-do. I never got a call back. So I called them back and was told they can only come back out if I called within 48 hours. They wanted to charge me again. Even with a reduced rate, how could I trust them?!?! My carpet is ruined and I am so unhappy. There are many companies to choose from. Do not choose Braxton. Also - they reeked of cigarette smoke so badly I had to stand a few steps away from them.
