Service went downhill when Unifirst bought Western here. We had nothing but trouble and when we ended our contract with them in December 2010, they didn't seem to care that they were losing the business. They have since tried to get our business back but I can't believe they have their act together since we left them. Contact service issues - missing uniforms, uniforms for companies other than our own were often delivered, extra charges contrary to our service agreement, etc. When we called to correct service issues we heard "we'll take care of it" but it rarely happened.

Wish we had Jimmy or Ben because since Shawn quit/got fired this uniform service sucks worse then it ever has. The uniforms are of the thinnest material. Catch a shirt on something and it rips a button hole. So you send it in once so repair can iron on a patch and cut a 1" hole in it. Now tell me how that's going to hold a button? So send it in again and maybe get fixed right maybe, just maybe you'll never see it again. Continually splitting crotchs in pants...they suck too... You better have weekly inventory with the driver before he slips out or too bad, your stuff that you sent for repair didn't make it on today or who knows where it's at. We've had Western, Cintas I thought was bad, but these yoyos have managed to set a new low. I'd give no stars if possible. How they have 4.9 baffles me

Want to give 0 stars. We use them for our towel service. Originally the towels that we were getting had stains on them and were falling apart. They got me better towels after having called multiple times to complain. Next, I asked them for a receipt for what they charged to my company card so that I could do my billing reports. I advised them that I would need them every month when the card gets charged. They said that would be no problem. 20 days later I am on the phone with an hour with accounts payable, being transferred and hung up on. They now cant even get me a dated receipt. Not only does their service stink, they are making me look bad at my job because they dont know how to make a receipt. Terrible.
