Yes we had a water line catastrophe. On short notice ServPro of Leawood came out and gave an estimate with a "no higher than" quote. And then starting on a holiday Friday night brought in equipment to begin drying process. It was carefully monitored and completed in the estimated time. I highly recommend this company if you have your own emergency need.

We had water seep into our newly-finished basement during a heavy rain. We contacted ServPro, and they came out the next morning. We were very impressed with their ability to assess the damage quantifiably. We were also relieved when the damage was not as extensive as we had thought. Our technician was honest, and extremely knowledgeable. He got us set up with exactly what we needed to reverse the damage at a reasonable price. While we hope to never need to call them again (because we hope to have our water problems solved!), we are so thankful for the expertise and service they provided.
