We love Cottage Care! They are very flexible with their scheduling to help us out in our busy schedule. The persons coming into our home are delightful. I believe it's been over three years we have been with Cottage Care and we have never had an negative incident. We have had several positive incidents and have often been blown away with there thorough cleaning. I don't think we have been in the house 10 times, while they clean, in those years. We feel totally comfortable leaving them the house keys. Cottage Care is extremely accommodating and caters to our personal cleanliness needs and hot buttons! THANK YOU COTTAGE CARE!

Great service on both the Dry Carpet Cleaning and the house cleaning! I have used them several times for each and it is so nice that the dry carpet cleaning does not leave your floors all wet and smelly and you can walk on it right away too! Highly recommend both services!!!

Awhile ago I asked for help cleaning and organizing beyond my regular cleaning schedule and with this request met Lindsey who did the work. Since then I have Lindsey as my regular cleaning person and I couldn't be happier. I have lots of little specific and special details I like having done during my cleans and she not only remembers them all but seeing what I want and like has added to these in ways I couldn't have come up with myself. I highly recommend CottageCare for all of your cleaning needs and perhaps some you don't even know you want.

Wonderful!! I’ve had my house and carpets cleaned by Cottage Care. The house cleaners took time to get my showers extra clean (they had a lot of soap scum) & wood floors sparkled after they were done! We've used Cottage Care on a regular basis for some time then stopped for awhile and when we wanted to start back up they were able to fit us in their schedule very quickly. They sent a team to our house and took care of everything we were used to having done and more. They are very flexible and if you want them to use your own cleaning supplies they were more than accommodating to do this also. Great Company!

Lindsey comes in every other week and the floors sparkle, the pet hair goes away, and we have a nice clean house to come home to. They're extremely thorough, which is what we were looking for - they come with a checklist to make sure nothing gets overlooked. They're also surprisingly affordable - in fact they offer flexible weekly and monthly plans - for instance, if you want your entire house cleaned once a month but the main floor/kitchen/half bath cleaned once a week, they will work out a price that is more than fair. Would highly recommend.

Customer Interaction - Terrific Professionalism - Terrific Cleaning - Not impressive if you pay attention to detail When I called, they were very clear about what they would do, how long they would be here, and how much it would cost. They GUARANTEED their service, so I hired them. The ladies that came to my home were very professional and nice. They worked hard. But when my wife came home, she saw things I hadn't noticed. The microwave still had fingerprints and smears on it, the stove top wasn't clean, the floors had only been "wiped down", and they had dusted about as well as I did when I was eleven. Here's the thing. They don't use any cleaning products - just a feather duster or hot water. Well that doesn't do the trick. I had some scuff marks on my floor and they claimed that they couldn't "scrub" them out because they can't take the chance of damaging the floor. Come on. It's not like they were fancy floors. The kitchen is wood laminate and the bathrooms are linoleum. To their credit, they came right back when I called and wasn't happy. After pointing out the short falls, they did "better." My wife asked them to clean the base boards which they said they charge extra for. She agreed, but when we came home they had not cleaned the base boards (or charged us). But we've had other services come in and do it right the first time, and do it better.
