Cottage Care has been cleaning my apartment for over 14 years. Although every time is not perfect, overall they have done an excellent good job of cleaning my apt. They always ask if there is something specific they need to know before they start to clean, are always very friendly & nice & take extra care of all my things while cleaning. Although I often have different people cleaning, the ONE constant I have had for a while now is Chastity, the manager at Raytown office. In past 14+ years, I cannot count number of managers I've met but some were good & some did not really care about my issues. BUT, Chastity is without a doubt the VERY BEST manager as she is always friendly, kind, & helpful if I have an issue or a request. She truly cares about all of her customers & definitely takes ownership of anything that may occur at their homes/apts. I look forward to each month when they come to clean as I know they will do a great job &, if there is any issue at all, I can call Chastity & she NEVER makes me feel my concern/problem is not important or worth discussing. I am truly happy I found CC before any other cleaning service when I moved to KC.

Picking Cottage Care was based on a friend's recommendation and I have been very satisfied with their work. Chastity is great, always giving friendly reminder calls and allowing me to reschedule my cleaning if I need to. I always have requested Misty and she is wonderful as well. Quick and efficient, very easy going and considerate. By having Cottage Care accomplish a time consuming job I am able to tackle other tasks that I didn't have time for. Or even take it easy on my day off if I want to. Wish I'd called them sooner.

Cottage Care is the best home cleaning service I have used. After years with a the same lady and her small crew, I became frustrated with the poor quality, inconsistancy and even most of the products they were using to clean my home. I interviewed a few other cleaning services in the area before finding Cottage Care. Some of the things I love about Cottage care....I typically have the same two girls each time. They show up on time every time and are very, very consistent cleaning our house. As an added bonus MaryJane, who manages the office And staff will often times check in to make sure I’m satisfied with the job done, even lending a hand from time to time. She also makes scheduling a breeze. I can quickly and easily text her if I need to change my routine cleaning. She bills my credit card as well so I don’t have to hassle with payment otherwise. I have three small children and having Cottage Care help me care for my home has truly been a life saver.

My experience with Cottage Care is going Fantastic. I'm going on my third month with the company. At first I was super nervous about having someone else cleaning my house, but I'm quite impressed by the quality of work they provides. Brian is my favorite cleaner. He is quick, tidy and knows what he is doing. He is always on time and get the work done. Alldo the management staff is always available when I need them. I honestliy won't allow anyone to clean our home except Cottage Care! The girls are the best. They really know their business. My pet peeve is streaks on the bathroom mirrors. Never have they left a streak on a mirror! Our home smells so nice, clean and fresh after they've finished.

I challenge her with the great amount of hair from my Corgi. Of course the house stays dog hair free for only a few moments, but it's worth the try.

I work full-time. My house was always a mess. Then a friend recommended CottageCare to me. Misty came to the house and was not at all deterred by the dust bunnys or the tile floors that hadn't seen a mop in a while. When I got home that evening, everything sparkled and shined. One thing that I missed was the smell of cleaning products but Chastity (the manager) explained that the products used by CottageCare were eco-friendly. For folks with allergies or sensitivities, this makes perfect sense. I was very pleased with the work done by CottageCare. I highly recommend their services!

The staff are courteous, hard working, and (as much as your agreed upon task list permits) flexible to help us any way they can. We warned them that it was a big job, so they sent two people and it still took longer than they expected. But they stayed until it was finished without even a hint of annoyance or indication that they wanted additional payment. On top of that, they did an amazing job. Both of them were courteous, pleasant, and professional. They were very thorough and paid attention to detail. Once again, we walk around our home in complete awe. The 5 ceiling fans twirl dust free, the grain of the woodwork in every room is proudly on display, the kitchen countertops sparkle, and the bathroom cleanings (my pet peeve) prove that the Cottage Care professionals understand my needs. But best of all I like the finishing touches - my furniture is vacuumed! The desk in my office (the abysmal mess that it can be) is even dusted - who knew that was a beautiful wooden desk? And they do it without disrupting my "organized" chaos. When my mother passed away unexpectedly, and out of town family was coming in, the Cottage Care Manager, Lindsey, fit in an extra cleaning crew to ready my house at the last minute with one day notice. I have been with Cottage Care since July 2004 (over 10 years). During that time I have had one or two bad experiences with some of the cleaners, but they have far been outnumbered by all the good experiences that I have had. No one or company is perfect, but Cottage Care has always tried to accommodate my requests whether they be for last minute schedule changes or certain cleaners or the way that my house is cleaned. They do a quick professional job and what I really like is that they remember the little details that I want done in my my house, like my throw rugs lined up against the bookcases, or my redwood table polished with Liquid Gold. I don't have to tell them every time what needs to be done. They are very reliable and trustworthy. I have no qualms about leaving them alone in the house. We all would like to get things done as cheaply as possible, but I think that what they charge is a fair rate, especially when you take into account all the good things that they do.
