American Duct Cleaning did a great job cleaning our dryer vent and giving us peace of mind. Their team was very thorough and we've already seen results. Our dryer is no longer overheating and the flow through the vent is stronger. Thjey also went the extra mile and made some repairs for safety reasons to the dryer exhaust.

Took them 3 times to clean our dryer vent. The dryer burnt out because they said it was clean, they came back and it was still clogged and I gave them the chance to fix it and they bring the wrong part. A repairman friend fixed it for me and he told me the vent is still clogged. Saving them a couple hundred and charging me 125 for putting us through hell. YOU HAVE TO BE INSANE TO USE THESE WORTHLESS PEOPLE. BE FOREWARNED THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU OR DOING A GOOD JOB.

Absolutely the WORST. Why? They couldn't even be bothered to come out and clean our ducts after a technician failed to respond to our service call TWICE. Their excuses the first time? After insisting that no one was home (we were home the entire day), they then said that they tried calling (they didn't), and rescheduled. Fine. I can accept that mistakes happen. I was very unhappy about the dishonesty and backpedaling, but decided to go with it anyway. Two days later, the tech STILL didn't show up. Same excuses given...and instead of talking to the tech to see why this happened again, they refused to come out at all. They said, and I quote: "We can't be bothered to deal with you people." The BBB has already reported this incident. I have no idea what was going on inside of this business, but...wow. This was unbelievable. I rarely write reviews - especially negative ones - but this place just takes the cake...and stomps on it.
