Martin arrived right on time to clean pet (cat) urine odor out of our brand new stainmaster carpet. He could see where the cat had his "accidents" using a special flash light. When he was finished, everything smelled and look wonderful. It's been a few days now and I still can't detect any urine smell. Yay!!!...and what a relief! Thank you Martin!!! I will definitely use Chem Dry again if any more accidents happen. P.S. I mentioned that I used Chem Dry to our carpet salesperson and he said that Chem Dry is a company that they recommend. Awesome!!
