I called a week ago to get a quote for them to clean my windows. Was told the scheduler would call me back to set up an appointment. I never got a call back. I found someone else who responded immediately. Too bad...I'm in the Facility Management business. I have been in positions to hire window cleaners. I am not so sure I'll be really responsive either if they ever call me wanting my corporate business.

Protect your Children! Larry's Window Service employs a person a block away from my house and right by a very active Elementary School. The fact that their trucks are bright red are a blessing in disguise as this individual fly's down our street well above the understood residential speed. I wouldn't ever do business with this company as I have called about this 2 times now. Management apparently is quite apathetic to this concern. Reading through the various complaints about this company there seems to be some deep seeded problems that go far beyond just speeding. I would think twice before purchasing any services from this company, and keep your kids away from the streets as they pass by, or they will become speed bumps only marginally slowing them down as they pass by.

We had our windows cleaned today and they did a fantastic job. We were so pleased with the work and the courteous manner of the workers. I highly recommend this company, and especially the 2 workers who came to our house today. They were top notch!

We've had the guys from Larry's Window Service doing our office windows since 2005. They always do a very complete and thorough job and are polite and easy to work with. Not to mention, their pricing is very reasonable! I would highly recommend them if you are in the market for window cleaning or any of the other services they provide.

Terrible drivers with this company, I specifically made a google account to write this review. Was going home on 235 today and had 2 car lengths of room to get over into my exit lane behind a semi. When I put my blinker on, this red Larry's Window Service truck shoots forward to block me and almost causes an accident. I looked over to see if he wasn't paying attention and he had his window down and was staring straight at us! I slowed down to get behind him, he cut me off and sped around the semi. Then on the exit ramp he ran a red light to turn right on 50th st. This happened today at about 4:30pm on 235 west bound between the Valley West Drive exit and 50th st exit. Based on the other reviews about their drivers, I'm not alone. And those are just the ones that took the time to write a review! There's obviously a larger issue here, I wouldn't let them anywhere near my windows if their employees show that much disregard for safety on the road.

Had them do our business and nothing but problems. After numerous phone calls and problems, just canceled our service. Which took two phone calls and I fully expect another on the final bill.

The two gentlemen who washed our windows were polite, friendly, conscientious, and did a great job. They were very careful and even went above and beyond by wiping down hard-to-reach ledges. They are a little pricier than smaller companies, but well worth the money. I totally trust their employees and work and will hire them again without hesitation.
