Our dog had several accidents in one of the main bedrooms in our house. As we did not know about it, the spots dried and began to smell terrible. We thought we were going to have to replace our carpet because we had tried everything short of having someone come clean it. We were told that as the pad was probably gross as well that it was probably not worth having it cleaned. Luckily, one of the employees of Klein Chem-Dry told me about the Pet Urine Removal Treatment (PURT). They came and now we cannot tell that it ever happened. Thank you!

Jason runs a good business, and I like their carpet cleaning process, but they should leave restoration to the professionals! They were definitely quick to respond, but when the estimate jumps and a contractor of their choosing covers up moldy drywall, that's a problem. In the end, I paid more than the initial estimate and was left with unfinished work that I had to pay another vendor to complete. Carpet cleaning...a big YES. Beyond that....NO!

We have used other carpet cleaning services before, but none that compared to Klein ChemDry's high quality service, responsiveness, great results on difficult stains, and value of the service compared to the competitive price. We searched for a locally owned, environmentally safe carpet and upholstery cleaning service and settled on Klein ChemDry because their service lifts and removes dirt and allergens, and the carpets dry much more quickly than other cleaners. Other cleaning companies require 24 hours before you can safely go on the carpet, use harsh chemicals, and actually push the dirt and grime further into the carpet pad or couch cushion. I'm not comfortable with exposing my wife, two young daughters (who are constantly crawling and playing on the carpets), or my pets to the cleaning practices of the other companies. We found that the price for this service was very competitive with other providers, and we were much happier with the results we got from Klein ChemDry and the service that was provided by the different teams who have come into our home to clean our carpets over the years. We're very happy customers and we will continue to use Klein ChemDry.
