We had a great experience with Chem-Dry! We planned to replace our carpet, but thought we would give cleaning it a shot before doing so. It was awful in the high traffic areas, and had some puppy accidents that came right out. The carpet came out looking brand new, and we now won't need to replace it for many years! I had an amazing experience with Chem Dry of ME Iowa. I purchased a new home and was able to schedule a carpet cleaning several weeks in advance for it to be cleaned before I moved in. Mark took the time to explain the whole process and offered options for the cleaning. Chem Dry got out stains I thought would be there for good!! I was also having allergic reactions to the cat dander from the previous owner upon entering the home and have had no problems since Chem Dry cleaned my carpets! Would 100% use Chem Dry services again and will always refer them to my friends and family!

We have four kids and a dog, a very busy household! Chem-dry has removed gum from the carpet, cleaned mattresses from bed wetting accidents, and trouble spots from potty training our little doggie. Recently they helped us when our sump over flowed and our carpet got wet in the basement. The customer service and the pride they take in their work is unparallelled!! They are easy to get scheduled, very timely, and do a fantastic job!! I never imagined they could get everything so clean! We even bought some spot cleaner from them that works wonders! I recommend them to all my friends.
